This is a non existing scam company

This is a non existing scam company. Visa is aware and have notified authorities.
Do NOT buy anything on this site. You will never recieve your goods and they do not respond to emails.
They showed up on my bill as a textile company.
Total SCAMMERS!!

What a load of SH..

Could not leave zero so had to give one star. Ordered and not received. Said its delivered but it is Not. The only positive is the website looks amazing but it doesn't exist. Please don't waste your money. We will work until this website is brought down. Everyone must complain. Bastards

Wrote emails and put a review here only to be notified my review has been take down from this site to save their name!
Till date still no emails no communication !!

Thieves who hold onto your money for months and don't deliver the goods.

Writing this in retrospect as I have seen so many poor reviews regarding the Vogue beauty advent calendar 2025.

I ordered the Vogue beauty advent calendar in October 2024. The calendar is almost £400. It didn't arrive, fine, no one died, but my issue is with how difficult it was to get hold of anyone at Vogue and it took me till mid Jan 2025 to get my money back. Several emails (which they take weeks to get back to), reaching out on social media platforms, a phone call leaving a voice mail to the one phone number I could find online that I hoped could help. Absolutely appalled that the BIGGEST fashion conglomerate in the world conducts themselves in this manner. I won't ever deal with this company again but if you do and find yourself in this situation, contact Conde Nast that owns Vogue. It's a shame because the calendar looked good too.

DO NOT BUY FROM VOGUE COLLECTION

I bought an advent calendar from Vouge Collection, online, and decided an hour later to cancel this. After 20 emails and 5 calls, I still have had no response and no refund. This company is owned by Conde Nast Publications Ltd and they have stolen my money. Do not purchase.

Biggest scam vogue hide

They are scam I ordered leather jacket for my son from Esty app ( vogue hide ) Asif Mobeen was the seller, the estimate delivery time was 1-6 Dec then few days later it changed to 6-9 Dec, I message the seller Asib Mobeen to ask him about the update, he replied I he will give me the update by tomorrow & that never happened, so I had the feeling its not a legitimate seller & the item is definitely coming from China not UK, I therefore request The esty app to investigate & provide me the update for my order, shortly after I received the message from the seller saying my order is cancelled & the refund has been issued. After 12 days waiting for the delivery & he finally cancelled my order without any appolges or any reason. Keep away from these scammers . Vogue hide (seller Asif Mobeen )& he's advertising his goods on esty App.

All good until you have a problem

I ordered the Vogue Advent Calendar last year and the experience was brilliant. A beautiful calendar loaded with exciting bits and pieces to open every day. I assumed I would have the same experience this year but clearly not. If you encounter an issue with Vogue you get the most useless responses from the most useless team I have ever encountered. I ordered on 9th November for the delivery window November 17th - 23rd and the order is within the UK but to Northern Ireland. My delivery date was 24th November, and on the day I checked tracking to see the delivery has a shipment exception on 20th November: "Unacceptable or incompatible Hazardous material." This shouldn't be an issue as the order was within the UK but they clearly didn't mark the parcel correctly or something for delivery to Northern Ireland. I emailed them straight away to check what was going on and have had many useless responses..
1. On 24th I emailed, no response. On 27th I emailed again, this time Jel responded with: I have endorsed your case to our Special Operations Team. They will conduct an investigation regarding this issue, and once they have finished reviewing the case, they will send you an email follow-up as soon as possible.
2. On 28th I got an email saying: If the status of your order has not changed by the end of the week, please do not hesitate to reach back out to our team and we will be happy to investigate further at that time.
3. On 1st December I emailed again saying it's the start of advent and tracking hadn't updated in so long that they could open a case. They responded on 2nd December with this: We understand that this experience has not been what you expected and we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.
4. On 4th December I emailed saying: It has now been 10 days since I reported this issue, and 14 days since the package last had any shipment updates on the tracking. No response.
5. On 5th December I emailed saying: The delivery is still showing as no movement. It hasn’t shown movement yet and it has been over 14 days since last shipment update. Unless you are actually going to take some action here I would like a refund. They responded with: We understand that your Vogue Festive Calendar is currently with customs, which can sometimes take 5–7 business days to process and release—this is totally normal during the busy holiday season.
6. On 8th December I emailed this:
Hi,

The tracking does not say it’s with customs. It says shipment exception. If this was the case, the tracking would say it is with customs. In any case, the tracking has still not moved since 20th November - 12 Business Days, 18 Calendar Days!

I would like a better resolution than this. I have now seen similar reviews on Trustpilot showing I am not the only one who has experienced this deplorable and robotic customer service.

Kindly have a human who actually gets that I have spent out 355 GBP on an advent calendar a month ago, and am being messed around by robotic, AI-sounding emails that make the situation only seem much worse. They are unprofessional and make Vogue, a company I trusted, now the most untrustworthy company I have encountered in a while. I am starting to feel like I have been scammed by Vogue.

There has been no response yet. No refund, nothing.

If you are thinking of ordering from Vogue please don't. It's all good until it's not. When you have a problem, you may never get any real response. A good company would have sent out a replacement straight away or refunded. Instead I'm going around in circles.

Don't have access to my subscription

Set up Vogue Runway Subscription in 2024 and had access to it for a year - great! It renewed automatically in 2025 and access has been removed, app shows a message stating 'sign up to access'. I contacted customer service and for about 2 months they stated they couldn't find my account, then they did find my account and said I had to re-sign in. Did that, still no access!! Now I'm being ignored!! Very poor customer service and experience, they're basically not interested once they have your money.

Delays in delivery passed the 1st of December

I have ordered the calendar in September choosing one of the suggested delivery windows around the 20th of November. As soon as the delivery window was passed I got concerned and checked the tracking in the FedEx system. Since the 19th of November the package was stuck somewhere in one of their centres in the UK with no status change for 5/6 days already due to missing paperwork from Vogue side. It took 2/3 days for Vogue customer care to answer basically simply repeating the info from FedEx I could see in their website. 10 days have passed since the original problem and they still haven’t took any action. Not sure when and if I will get this unless I pick up the phone and sort this out for them. I will definitely avoid next year!!

Now, the problem with this if you haven't already spotted it is that Maria repeats herself twice over sending the matter to an 'account specialist' whatever that is, gives no assurance that I will be refunded as is my right, takes no responsibility for the fact that my contract with them ended the minute I cancelled the order on the same day that the order was placed AND the attached label pdf leads to an employee only portal inaccessible to customers. Case ongoing... I will keep you informed. I have sent the following in reply.

Dear Maria,

Thank you for your recent email and for advising that a return label had been provided.

However, the “Return Label PDF” link you have supplied does not give me access to a return label. It appears to be an internal portal accessible only to employees with an account, and is not usable by customers. At this point, therefore, no functional prepaid return label has actually been made available to me.

For clarity, this is not a standard change-of-mind return. I submitted a cancellation request on the day of purchase and before dispatch, in full compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Vogue’s failure to action that cancellation created the need for a return, and the associated costs cannot lawfully be passed to me.

The calendar remains sealed and unused.

Before I return the parcel, I now require, in writing, within 24 hours of this email:

A usable, prepaid return label (sent as a PDF attachment or via a public link that does not require an internal employee login);

Confirmation that a full refund will be issued on receipt of the returned item; and

The expected timescale for that refund once the parcel reaches your warehouse.

If I do not receive this within 24 hours, I will be unable to return the parcel and will instead initiate a chargeback with my card issuer on the grounds of:

Failure to honour a valid pre-dispatch cancellation;

Failure to provide a functional prepaid return label; and

Failure to give clear written refund terms within a reasonable timeframe.

The parcel will remain sealed and unused pending resolution.

Disappointed by Vogue’s Support for a Politically Controversial Figure

I’ve been following Vogue for years, but I’m extremely disappointed by their recent feature of Heart Evangelista on Vogue Thailand’s Instagram.

Heart Evangelista is not just a “fashion personality”—she is the wife of a former Senate President in the Philippines, a country currently dealing with major corruption issues, public distrust, and serious concerns about transparency and lifestyle checks among public officials and their families.

Many Filipinos are raising valid questions about unexplained luxury spending, political connections, and ethical concerns. Yet Vogue chose to highlight her without acknowledging any of the context or sensitivity around the situation. It feels careless, tone-deaf, and dismissive of the struggles of ordinary people in the Philippines who are affected by corruption.

Luxury magazines have a responsibility to be aware of the narratives they endorse, especially when profiling individuals connected to public office. Instead of celebrating questionable displays of wealth, Vogue Thailand should listen to the communities impacted and uphold higher ethical standards.

Very disappointed, and reconsidering my support for Vogue’s platforms.
