I sm extremely dissapointed at home wireless service. I got a line and paid 1250 last month and it did not work and the customer service said they cannot do anything and I got a new line now and paid 550 and still not working and customer service spoke to me in a very rude way and did not call me again or get my complaint. The free number 888 does not want to connect me saying I have no enough credit... it is the worst experience I have ever faced

This review is about Vodafone Egypt not the application itself. Vodafone EG has a very poor customer service. Low quality. The complaints department never replies. Also the HU department never calls back. Even after several follow ups on my part, & receiving more than one request no. & more than one complaint no. for the same case, there is no care what so ever on their part. They never call back or reply. لا حياة لمن تنادي. They are really in their worst eras. It's a nightmare customer service.

Customer service trashes all the advertising money in a minute. I’m not sure how training transcends to such poor dialogue.

Very bad customer support they want to charge me twice on my bundles sating i used a different recharge ways, like what does that even mean, where did this money go to then another network provider, and they did not want to transfer me to complaints or even let complain and that was after speaking with a team leader supervisor!!!

للشهر الرابع مع فودافون و هم لا يزالون يخصمون تقريبا نصف باقة 200 التي اشترك بها ، خدمة العملاء و طقم الإدارة متفقين جميعا على سرقة العميل
For four months on Vodafone 200, which supposed to give 13000 flexes. I only get 7800 out of the 13000 flexes. I called the customer service and the management. They normally comes with funny resolution like give you a credit of 30 LE which far less than the flexes they cut.

İ don't find words how angry i am . İf you are a foreigner don't buy nothing from this company. They steal and steal from you and they don't care. İ am now at home without internet because worker put money to somebody else. And this they make to me now 10 times. Because they want to steal more money from you. Disgusting. İ will go to police because now they really crossed the line. You should be ashamed of yourself. İ am now going to buy internet from some other company.

The worst network and customer service ever

Mariam from Vodafone Egypt Customer Service had picked up my call from 191.

She was not only extremely helpful and patient but she went out of her way to send me text messages explaining how to fix my internet data. She called back a few times and was very diligent and worked extremely fast.

My mobile data went up by 140Mbps as she reset the data and gave me the steps. She was also very sweet and we had a laugh together as well.

Thank you so much Mariam, if you do see this! I am very grateful with her service. However Vodafone as a network is not that great, Mariam helped me considerably. She is a lifesaver.

Would not recommend getting broadband from Vodafone I had no Internet for a month and they still charged me for it then I was told I would receive compensation for this but I still haven't received anything I phoned and asked to speak to the manager but was told that they refused to take my call iv been a loyal customer to Vodafone for years and that's how they repay there loyal customers 😡

Avoid. Terrible customer service. They will steal your money and not repond to your complaints.

One of the failed providers in Egypt, they are using the platform of Vodafone but with very bad App, poor customer services, it is a totally hopeless company and phone / internet provider

الخدمات الترفيهية بتشتغل رغم اغلاقها من خدمة العملاء. وفي كل مرة اكلم خدمة العملاء واقفلها ترجع تتفتح تاني وتسحب الرصيد ولو معاك الف جنيه هيتسحبو بسبب الخدمات. الشركة مخترقة من مقدمي الخدمات وسهل جدا سرقة الرصيد من داخل الشركة او خارجها. الشركة غير آمنة للتعاملات النقدية بسبب عمليات الاحتيال على العملاء
Absolutely scamer. It's not secured. Easy to be hacked by others. Easy for Thieves to hack your credit balance. Clients service Eluding.
