We have been with Voco almost a year now, their customer service and support are spot on. Occasionally we will have a buffering issue.. I report it and they get on and stay on it until it’s resolved.
We are extremely happy to have found them!

Vast selection. good feed and immediate customer service.i also recommend using mytvonline3 app.*Update-so far amazing stream and selection. I would say only to get a VPN for guaranteed viewing.

There service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have been trying for two to three months now the stop the buffering it doesn't work no matter what they say their service sucks. My super box works but their voco service doesn't on the same box or any other box. They have too many subscribers and around 9:00 pm it starts to buffer until 12 am. all channels. Which tells me they have way too many subscribers and their servers can't handle it. The 5 star reviews are fake! Read the 1 star reviews which are the real ones. DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company appears to be let's take the money and run type. Signed up for 3 months, nothing but problems, with buffering and freezing. Asked for a refund and nothing but games since. Advice stay away from this company in my opinion. They appear not to be honest Now when you try to go to their website, there is a warning about virus threat warning. Be careful

Straight garbage. Stole my money. No customer service whatsoever.

I was having account access issues, so I reached out to their live chat support. Within a minute I was connected to a live person, who was able to identify and resolve my issues. Very pleased with the level of customer service I received.

Do not believe these reviews about no buffering. Every channel buffers all the time. When the picture comes back there’s no sound. Customer service is awful. You can start a chat and they will not respond in the middle of the chat and nothing is resolved. You can create a ticket and nothing is resolved. They’ll say someone is checking on it, but not that it’s been fixed. These other reviews must’ve been written by voco. I guess you get what you pay for.

I have subscribed with them since last October, you always find customer service at any time, you can add the required content and speed in solving problems, and despite some problems that they faced in the recent period, they were able to overcome them in the fastest time. I can say that they are the best ever, I recommend them to everyone

Pathetic content and app. Customer support is full of false commitment and lie. Do not waste time or money for it.

I contracted beginning of May and thé service doesn't work from mid-May.
A server issue IS identifiés at Vocotv level but now nobody answer and it's not event envisageable to bé refund.
Conclusion: shitiest service I ever contracted / these people are thieves : do not rely on 5 stars notes, you'll b me nicked!

Terrible service and even worse customer service. Several channels won’t work and others buffer badly. Spoke to Mr. Carter whom was absolutely nasty and told me good luck with getting my refund and they didn’t need my filthy shi!!y $15 if I could give 0 stars I would

Hi Vocotv this doesn’t work on the Uk channels many are missing lots of the main ones are not working and a few are in German the sports are out of sync which is annoying the documentary channels don’t work at all
I have attempted to contact you for a few days now in relation these issues but Your Webb page via the chat now doesn’t work I have submitted tickets again you do not get back the only way I have of contacting you is by the chat and this never works
I would like my money back as I’m well within the 30 days money back guarantee

I had a problem with my discovery channel and the helped me right away! They were very fast and nice! They have great channels and movies! You can not go wrong, with them! My last iptv provider, had horrible customer service, but not these guys! For only 15 bucks, very good deal! They walked me through the whole process!

Excellent IPTV provider. No buffering great selection and the support chat line sorts me out every time. I’ve tried many service providers and Voco is definitely the most reliable.

Bogus company. They are cheats and NO they do not have the numbers of channels or movies or shows they claim. It’s all bogus and also it constantly crashes. I did a 6 month with them but canceled after 11 days.
