I will never recommend anyone to use this college. Its a scam. I payed my fees only for them to sent an email that they have closed without giving us our diploma. May God punish you deeply. I lost the only oppotunity which I had to become a manager because of them. I went into serious depression and triggered ulcers because. My money which you robbed you will be a curse to you. How evil can a human being be. Everyone is crying because of you. You are a college of doom and i regret falling for your scam. My blood boils if I think of how you robbed me.

This company has been a complete nightmare. Zero support, awful communication, and no help once they’ve taken your money. Worst decision I’ve made. Stay away.

With no word the company has cessed trading and kept my money...

I paid for a course with SVT Ltd, including one payment by debit card and 8 months by Direct Debit. The company closed without informing me, and I never finished my course.

I contacted City & Guilds, but they cannot refund payments made directly to SVT. Citizens Advice advised me to contact my bank. I am now trying to recover my payments through Barclays.

They are scammers

Absolutely shocking company. They are more interested in getting your money and essentially running off with it because now they cease to exist and all the learners that are in the middle of an nvq with them have no access to their Work! and are 800 quid down. City and guilds will not help you they tell you to go to citizens advice. The coursework is like it’s written by someone from another planet and when you ask your tutor - whatever she is she tells you you do it every day just put it into words and then when you make a complaint about her she asks you about it! My tutor likes to send Work! back with irrelevant questions at the bottom-this company has taken about three grand From my workplace and me. I’m glad they have shut down.

I completed my NVQ level 6 they confirmed my certificate was being applied for then went out of business. No certificate and down over a thousand pounds let along 2 years of work.

Paid for a level 2 healthcare support diploma on payment plan, paid around £800 already to them for them to just close down without warning. I only found out because I sent them an email and I got an automatic response saying they have ceased trading.
Phoned PROQUAL the awarding body and all they can do is send me a list of other providers and I have to pay it all again.
Very poor service.

Paid to be enrolled for level 7 strategic health and safety on the 20th August, sent me enrollment form to complete so they can enrol me to the awarding body.
Have t even been given access to anything yet. Sent the forms and got and auto response saying they closed down I. 1st September, why take my money when you knew you couldn’t provide me the service????
They didn’t even send out an email before the 1st September to inform me that they were closing the business.

Tried ringing the awarding body. . . . but guess what, because they haven’t enrolled into anything and just took my money, the awarding bodyhaven’t got my details.
I tried calling . . No answer and sent multiple emails with the same auto response . . . yet still active on companies house
Hopefully they will see this and give me a well deserved refund because I’ve paid for nothing, literally!

I’ve just successfully completed my ILM Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership with SVT Ltd, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the overall experience. This was actually my second NVQ with them in the last two years, and both times the process has been seamless, professional, and supportive from start to finish.

A special thank you goes to my assessor, Cheryl, who guided me throughout the entire journey. She explained each unit in simple, easy-to-understand terms and made the whole process feel comfortable. At no point did I ever feel like I was being “tested to trip up” – instead, I was encouraged to share my knowledge and experiences in a professional but relaxed way, especially during the professional discussion.

SVT Ltd are extremely easy to deal with, and their supportive approach really sets them apart. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering further qualifications. Having now completed two NVQs with SVT Ltd, I can confidently say they are a fantastic company to work with.

My experience of SVT and the CMI Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership has been extremely positive.
From initial enquiries as to the courses available and suitable level for me to study, to meetings with Cheryl to discuss the process and structure of the course right through to completion the support I had was excellent and made the learning journey a pleasure.
When needed, Cheryl was available and responded to queries promptly so that my studying wasn't delayed.
The platform is easy to access and navigate which is good as it is one less thing you need to think about.
The regular feedback on each unit is extremely useful as it reassured that I was heading in the right direction.
I really enjoyed this Diploma, I have been able to actively implement learning into my day to day role but the course gave me confidence in my existing experience and ability.

I recently completed my OH&S course with SVT, the experience was excellent, the support and encouragement from Matt and Leanne was second to none, Matt's quick follow ups/reviews and positive feedback allowed me to work quickly through the modules and complete the course well ahead of my schedule. The user platform is easy to navigate and the SVT are very attentive. I would recommend SVT as an excellent training provider.

A great experience I would highly recommend.

SVT guided me through my NVQ level 7 Strategic Occupational Health and Safety. I can honestly they have been top drawer from start to finish, always there to offer advice quickly when I was having difficulty and assisting me to completion of my NVQ. I would recommend SVT to anyone looking to study in the future.

As an older student I was apprehensive about my abilities to be able to pass my NVQ.
