It works 90% of the time
It works 90% of the time. I like it, will continue and makes editing easier but, it has it's glitches. Sometimes you can't download form the link and you have to download the video on a separate platform and then re-upload the MP4. Slightly annoying and time consuming but, not enough to stop using the platform.

Are you kidding me
Are you kidding me? This is the worst AI app I've ever used. It doesn't do any of the things it claims to. It doesn't remove watermarks as promised; it always leaves marks and blurred areas. It even makes the audio worse. I paid full price, and all it did was warn others not to make the same mistake.

Dear User,
We’re truly sorry for the frustration our product has caused you. What you’ve described—the lingering watermarks and quality issues—is far from the experience we strive to provide, and we’d love the chance to make this right.
If you’re open to it, please reach out to us at support@vmake.ai or via live chat at https://vmake.ai/workspace. Sending over a few screenshots or a quick screen recording would be incredibly helpful—it allows our team to see exactly what’s happening and find a solution for you much faster.
Your feedback is so important to us as we work to improve. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.
