I love my new desk and monitor mounts. This is such a cool upgrade to my workspace. My hats off to them for the craftsmanship, and how easy it all was to put together. No complaints at all.
Do not trust VIVO or their products
Buy from VIVO if you want 1 following 2:
1. Your monitor smashed into the table
2. You want your money back (excluding transportation) without the possibility of replacement
July 5th 2024 I purchased this "premium" stand rated for 44 lbs. Last friday it smashed my expensive 33 lbs, 49 inch montitor into the table with a huge bang. I followed all instructions for adjustments and setup.
In 5 emails with 5 different people at VIVO support, they gave conflicting information. First, they said they would send me a "more premium" stand without me having to return the defect arm (I have this in writing). I live in Denmark, so no point in wasting money sending trash back. Now they are telling me that my only option is a refund through Amazon and telling me that I can buy another arm from them myself and pay freight (again) myself.
We do not recommend this company. We have purchased 3 desks in total. The first one came with a damaged motor piece (shipping box was not damaged). The second one came fine. So we took a chance on the third. They sent the wrong desktops for it. Each time there has been an issue, Vivo sort of makes attempts to fix it. We couldn't reach them by phone more than once and we wished to resolve this all in one phone call rather than numerous back and forth messages. They offered to let us keep the wrong desktops for a $30 refund. The desk was worth $500 (we got it on sale for $425). We declined that. They later offered us an additional refund, we also declined. They said they would overnight the correct desktops. They did not arrive overnighted. They also scheduled a pick up for the incorrect desktops, which we appreciated. However they scheduled the pickup for BEFORE the correct desktops arrived and we were very uncomfortable with that. We didn't want to get stuck with half a desk. We asked them to change it and they declined so we had to make numerous calls over several days to help get this resolved directly with Fed Ex. Fed Ex appreciated our efforts but it was frustrating that we had to do this and the company refused. We didn't really want much, an undamaged desk with the correct colors we ordered. Seemed simple. The corrected desktops were received but there is a corner that is damaged (not by us). We are just very disappointed.
I didn't have the best experience ordering something here. Granted, it wasn't entirely VIVO's fault. However, I do feel like VIVO could have done more to soften the blow.
I ordered a desk through here and only got the desk top. The other half of the shipment never showed up. VIVO tried to work with Fedex to get it to me but it never ended up coming. After several emails telling me that the 2nd half of the shipment was getting delayed, I finally had to tell VIVO to cancel the order. I've been in need of a desk for 2 weeks now and am going to have to figure something out.
VIVO refunded me for half of the product and told me that I could get the other half as soon as I send back the massive desk top...
If you really want your customers to not be left with a bad taste in their mouth, try working with Fedex to come and pick up the desk top rather than putting it back on your customer...right now I'm still out 150 bucks, I have no desk, and now I have to figure out how to get this massive desk top back to get the rest of my money back.
Not a great experience overall and as of right now, I wouldn't recommend VIVO. I hope that will change someday.
I purchased a motorized tv mount a d it was defected.
I was sent out another one it also didn't work. It constantly seeped and did not fold. Then I received the remote for the mount thinking it would solve the problem it still does not work. This is utterly ridiculous. I mount still constantly beeps and does not fold. I have paid a professional over $300 to come out twice to mount the mount. I do not understand how you are selling a mount that does not work..!
This universal mount works very well on my 32" LED. Easy to put together.
