The VR branded exhaust is excellent. With that being said the delivery was very poor. The exhaust was delivered to a completely different address, box damaged, etc.

Called them up to check inventory and had some questions on some seat rails I needed. Service was great and I ordered them later that day. Box showed up the next day, everything fit perfectly. Will order from Vivid again in the future!

I'm kind of shocked reading the experiences many have had with Vivid. My experience was exceptionally good. I had them track down a new OEM window motor and regulator for my 1986 Mercedes 560 SEL. I literally looked everywhere for those, and these were the only guys who had them. They verified that they could put hands on them before I submitted my order. I had to have them fairly quickly before I took the car to the Pittsburgh Grand Prix show - and obviously needed to be able to raise/lower the driver's window. My order was placed on July 2nd, sent FedEx Saver the same day, and arrived Monday July 7th. Parts were correct and fit/work great. Saved the show for me. Hopefully this was a sign that they've corrected their past difficulties. I couldn't be happier with them than I already am. YMMV.

First off, all products did arrive as ordered. The website is "good enough" to get items found and ordering processed from a buyer perspective. The follow-up from customer service when I inquired about an item that was late/missing was okay-ish. This earned the 3 stars. From a very experienced customer support and parts manager, here are where things can be improved. The website needs to allow a customer to look up their order and know exactly where it is in processing to delivery. It appears you are a drop ship company by the way things arrived and who they were shipped from...that's fine, but order processing should be linked back to your ordering and fulfillment software so it doesn't feel messy on the consumer side...because it seems like a trainwreck. Follow-up to inquiries need to be owned and researched by the service rep and it shouldn't take extensive hours or days to respond or resolve issues. Properly trained, a service rep should be able to handle an inquiry in either minutes or at the most a couple of hours if calls have to be made to suppliers. A simple order processing email could be as simple as 'order received', 'work in process', processing shipment' and 'part shipped' with tracking info. If an ETA is presented from a supplier, this should be provided to the costumer as well...then a vivid representative should track those orders and start following up if results are not meeting customer expectations. In today's online solutions, there should be an expectation that the day the order is placed the clock starts, and by the time everything has shipped should be no more than 2 business days. Drop ship isn't that difficult if your ERP solution is good

Ordered rear QA1 coilovers from this lame company.
Called before ordering to make sure it was in stock and the sales lady said yup and even "made sure" they were in stock supposedly so I placed the order.
8 or 9 days pass and no confirmation email.. figure i would get one by now with the item being in stock.... how long can it take to ship a package?
Called repeatedly to be told my sales rep is "on lunch" every single time no matter what time of day it was ,he was always on lunch lol.
After call number 5 or 6 over the course of the next few days I finally get her on the phone and says the coilover go back to QA1 for "tuneing" wtf are you talking about? Lolol
Magically the next day I get a shipping update with a random tracking number to click on that goes no where... no courier name or any info just a random number that does nothing.
Will I even get what I paid for? Did this fraud company just take my money? Who knows but I do know I will never recommend them to anyone... in fact I will spread the word how unsatisfactory it was to deal with them.

After numerous chats, emails and phone calls they could not tell me the status of my two orders. I even confirmed they had the first order in stock and they did not. Ended up canceling the first order after a few weeks and second order after a couple months. Worst online ordering experience ever.

Vivid is a terrible company do not buy anything from them. They just drop ship. If you have any issues with your product they will deny deny deny. There customer reps are there to make sure that they will deny all returns. Basically you’re better off buying from a random person on eBay or CL. Stay away from vivid
