After I lost all the power running to my sockets throughout my house I called the insurance company and Amar arrived later that day. He was great, he was so thorough and explained everything to me fully and made his recommendations to stop this happening again. As I don't understand electrics I had my Father in Law come up and Amar then took the time to explain things to him as well. He called ahead, was polite, worked as quickly as he could and made sure I took a look around the house to make sure I was happy with his work. Couldn't rate the guy more highly and would be happy to have him back if required not just in an emergency but to carry out the work I need doing in the future. Really good guy.

Amar attended our property following a leak. The issue was located promptly and isolated without any fuss and he ensured that we were re-connected with with water and lighting considering we have two small children. The service was efficient and professional and we are very grateful for his attention with what was a very stressful situation. Thank you.

The Police were bang on to be fair. Can't do anything retrospectively but they took your details and if it happens again they'll attend . The council are aware of the ongoing problem with inconsiderate parking in the area. I submitted a photo, filled out a form and passed it on to them. People cant access from the other car park unless you drive a 4x4 . Other cars usually park in the car park blocking that route also. Im not making a big deal of this. I asked you nicely to move the van , you refused, so i had to ask a bit more forcibly. Next time be more considerate to others and park in the street

Amar had to visit our property due to a total loss of power and heating,the first thing you notice is his warm and friendly nature,nothing was to much trouble when he got to work,very professional and still had time to answer my probing questions,issue was solved after a lot of detective work on his part,consummate professional,highly recommended,many thanks Jeff.

I had a serious leak on my mains water coming in to the house that also effected my neighbours I didn't expect to get the service that I got from Amar of vivid Design nothing was to much trouble he fixed the leak in really hard confined space and also my boiler all on a Saturday night and didn't get finished until 2pm I would recommend Amar above anyone else that I have ever used.

We cannot recommend Vivid highly enough! After contacting our insurers because we had sprung a leak in the path outside our house Vivid attended to investigate the problem. Amar was friendly, polite and helpful. We hadn't really expected him to be able to do much about the leak at that time as it was from an underground pipe, however, Amar took the time to investigate and managed to locate the pipe and identify the leak. Initially he didn't think we could do much more than keep turning the water off until the insurers sent someone to do a major job 5 days later, however, he persevered with trying to find a way round it and came up with an idea for a temporary repair which worked! Hopefully it will mean we can keep our water supply on until it can be properly repaired in 5 days time. Amar went above and beyond to help us rather than leave us without water and we are most grateful to him. We would not hesitate to recommend him and contact him if needed in the future. absolutely awful and total frauds making huge claim against your insurance policy, and fitting old parts and making other illegal suggestions. have reported them to our insurance for fraud. Please check your claim amount as they will not come back out to repair the work even though there is a guarantee. Please do forward the recording so the insurance can hear what you have said and then they can fully investigate this and to the civil court. The matter was raised and was reported and you are fully aware of this, yet you have the audacity to deny this. You have stated it does not cost us a penny, it does as we pay for the insurance policy and the the new quotes take this into account and thus further raises the insurance premiums. No one has mentioned cash was exchanged, its the fraudulent claim you have made for parts which you never fitted and the shower bracket which you just hung on the screw without securing it tightly to the tiles. Do your jobs do not come with a guarantee? We insist you forward the recording which we highly doubt you will dare to, as it will clearly show your own incompetence and your fraudulent claim. We will be eagerly waiting for this recording to be forwarded to the insurance company and the civil court. Thank you

Rang with a leaking toilet that wouldn't stop flushing. Went through my home emergency and this company turned up to do the works. Couldnt recommend enough! Not sure why anybody would use anyone else. Fast, reliable and professional friendly service, couldn't fault it and overjoyed with the works carried out

Amar arrived early to our property in Moseley today (13th Dec 2020) and was simply amazing. Went about the problem finding and solving extremely systematically explaining the what and the why all along. I would recommend him anytime. He established trust and credibility for me within the first 10 mins and that really matters. He stayed on for further checks and completely ensured our peace of mind before he left. Called my insurance late Saturday evening with a leaking toilet cistern which I couldn't fix. Amar arrived within 3 hours He was professional, friendly, helpful and tidy. All sorted in an hour. Very good experience and would recommend.

Amar arrived at my property at around 22.30, from the moment he arrived he was reassuring and extremely helpful, he explained the issue and how he was going to fix it and went above and beyond to do so. We are so grateful to Amar and the work he completed. Thank you again!

Had a leak with a compression valve underneath the floorboards. Amar arrived on time and quickly assessed the issues and informed me with correct information unlike the insurance company. He spoke to both me and my wife with respect and like human beings which is sometimes missing when talking to trades people. Also when there was a second issues found, Amar contacted the contracting office directly after he noticed that my wife was on hold for sometime. The work carried out was also to a very high standard and he discussed with us all options possible first before proceeding. Would highly recommend and will happily book his service for future work.

After contacting insurance they appointed Amar to mend my leaking toilet. He arrived in time, even though it was 7.45 pm he was friendly, pleasant and seemed happy in his job. Came complete with mask, gloves etc. Sorted fault valve and other parts. Asked me to check all in order before he left. All rubbish was removed, neat tidy worker. Amar was pleasant to be around, I would be happy to have him return for any future jobs.

This morning I came in to a flooded dining room. I was very distressed. The insurance company sent Amar from Vivid Design and I am so glad they did. He was polite, reassuring and helpful from the start. He stayed and completely fixed the problem, which was quite tricky, where others would have washed their hands of it. I am so grateful to him and would not hesitate to use his company again. I have read the other reviews on here and completely agree with them. Thank you Amar!

During Storm Francis on 25 Aug 20 we suffered a power cut, leaving us with no lighting, heating or any electric at all. My Home Emergency cover struggled to get an electrician to attend. Because of my wife's illness it was imperative for someone to rectify my problems. Amar of Vivid Design and Build drove from Birmingham to my home in Blackpool, 2 hours away, driving in horrendous conditions. He arrived at 0245hrs, he was polite, professional and endeavoured to investigate the problem. He quickly discovered that there was no power coming into my home and the problem laid with my electricity supplier. He rang Electricity North West to explain my predicament and suggestions to them how to fix the situation. Quite satisfied with Amar's explanation he then departed for the horrendous journey back to Birmingham. Cannot emphasise my appreciation for all Amar's expertise and commitment. Would definitely recommend anyone to use Vivid Design and Build in future.

We had no socket electrics leaving us with no heating, hot water or socket power. Amar attended promptly and left no stone unturned in an attempt to locate & rectify the fault, which proved extremely difficult.After much perseverance it was sorted. He was very professional in his work and obviously knew his job.Would recommend him.

After discovering water dripping from our upstairs door frames at bedtime we called our home emergency service. They sent out Amar to help us. He arrived on time (2 a.m.) and was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. After looking in the loft he explained that we had a pinhole leak in a water pipe in the loft. He explained everything he needed to do and got on with the job quickly. After the work was complete he showed us pictures he had taken on his phone so that we could see the water coming out of the pipe and what he had done to repair it. After he checked the ceiling to see if it had bowed anywhere. He left us feeling very reassured that all was safe. We would definitely recommend Amar. A first class service. Thank you.
