Same experience as many. Very poor quality. Literally screwed up in bag on arrival. Never received anything so appallingly packaged. Sizing very poor. On attempt to get refund initial email responded to, then all bounced back. Agree should not be allowed to trade. Total rip off.

Clothing poor quality and sizes are not right, I ordered 2 dresses X-LARGE and they were XXL, I ordered a top X-LARGE and it was large. When I requested a refund they told me to take photos of the clothes in the bags showing the sizes and codes, which I did and emailed it back, then I got an email saying they would not accept emails, so I have had to get my bank involved. This company should not be allowed to trade.

Crooks - asked for a refund (terrible quality; misleading sizing). No response on how I can get my money back. Stolen money from me

Really regret trusting and buying the dress From this company. Fabric really cheap and sizing inaccurate . Not worth the money .

Total scam. As others have said, the quality of the fabric is really poor - a thin, shiny polyester. The advertising indicates it’s a London firm but it’s not. The items ship from China. The costs of return shipping outweigh the amount paid. Do not buy from this company

Absolutely shocking quality in the dress I ordered.
They offered 15% refund but I have insisted on a full refund so will post it back to China.

Do not trust this company. Big scam ! I ordered a dress from them which I did receive . However the quality was awful. The dress had a V. Neck which wasn’t even central. I contacted them to return for a refund which they agreed to but I have to pay return postage which is £25. They have admitted their terms say they will refund for faulty goods. Now they are not replying to my emails and not refunded any money.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the dress. The description of the dress clearly states the dress is made from breathable material. I had expected something like cheesecloth. Instead it is a horrible cheap shiny 100% Polyester material. Definitely not breathable.
Also I had thought the Company was based in London as their name implies. It is not - it’s in China.
There is supposed to be a 30 day money back guarantee . However I’ve just learned that you have to pay the return postage yourself. Goodness knows how much it will cost to return to China. I’ve submitted an email to Customer Service but I’m not very hopeful.
£35 down the drain for a shoddy cheap dress.

How I wish I’d read these reviews before buying from this company. It took 3 weeks to arrive (from China though the name implies a British company). The material is polyester, cheap and shiny and nasty. I could have bought a dress of this kind of quality from Temu for under £10 instead of the £35 plus that I paid. Total scam, avoid them at all costs.

Soooo disappointed, Got myself 2 beautiful dresses on the site. At the reception, the fabric is so cheap that, I can’t wear those dresses and there’s no return address. More infuriating is the price. Nearly £80 for both . I should have kept my money and check sales

Not impressed at all. Awful material. See threw, so asked to return and get refund . They are asking for video evidence. What!
It's unsuitable, not good quality etc. it's within my right to return and be refunded.
Why an investigation? Please advise how to return and get my refund. Scam,???? Well here we go. Got a reply. Apparently they use a 3rd party to send you the cheap nasty garment. So you buy from them, Vivienne London. They take your money,never telling you a 3rd party involved. And guess what, yep it's my responsibility to pay to send it back to China,?!?!? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
And they want proof! Vivienne London. Shame on you . Give me my money back from your company who I purchased the garment from . Well it's the 9th July and again had an e mail from this company, basically saying, got your money,not our concern. Return it to the factory in china .
Total misrepresentation by this company. They gave a misleading impression that you were buying from them, Vivian studios London, but no, they take your money, then go on line and buy a cheap unsuitable garment which is shipped to your address. Their returns policy quite clearly states. 30 day return guaranteed.if it does not meet your expectations you can return within 30 days of receipt. Before returning contact customer services.tell us the reason so we can process your request correctly. Well process it please with yourselves and not the man in china. These are your terms as stated on your website. I've contacted your customer services several times. But hey you've got my payment and don't care. Do the decent thing. I'll send the garment to you,who I bought it from and you can refund me . 10th July. No reply. So found the registered office. 28 Kensington high Street London. Will return and you can refund as per your T&C within ,30 days .

I have not received the garment yet but I do not have high hopes, clearly scammers. As the name would advertise, you would think this was a London based company but of course shipping straight from China. Would not mind if the prices were cheap like other well known Chinese companies but they are not and will probably be a load of rubbish if the dress ever arrives as tracking is also false. More scammers!
