Great packaging
Viveprinting is very helpful and responsive! We were super fussy and made several changes to our designs but they did everything to help us. Both Sam and Zack are great and delivered some great customer service.
Any problems were solved immediately on a very short notice - I'm absolutely delighted.

I didn't have a very good experience…
I didn't have a very good experience unfortunately. This company kept trying to add extra charges despite already giving me a quote and made up figures that they couldn't justify. When I continued to question them on this they just decided to ignore my email. They wasted a lot of my time which is quite bad. I felt they were dishonest.

In custom printing, the prices are based on the specifications provided and if the requirement changes, there is a change in the price. If the specifications are not changed from the first quote, we will honor the prices for sure. If you can please provide some more details about your inquiry, we can definitely look into it. Moreover, the prices are subject to change based on the final artwork(if not provided in advance). Again we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

HIDDEN CHARGES _- AVOID
CHARGES NOW PAID BY VIVE AFTER SEVERAL DISCUSSION Score upgraded. Ask for full breakdown of ALL costs would be mt recomendation, product is fine but nobody wants unexpected bills especially when HMRC are involved (VAT)
I used viveprinting.co.uk and thought I was contracting with a UK company. The goods were delivered by Omega Technologies followed shortly after by a bill from DHL for duty and VAT. There was no mention of this in the invoice or discussions leading up to the purchase.
On Chat Zack and Mike, who it seems are covering UK and USA, made several promises that they would and sometimes had already paid the bill plus lots of incorrect information like DHL are a private company, just ignore the bill from which it became evident they have no understanding of import duties (or were just trying to avoid the issue saying anything they thought would make me go away).
I'm now in the position of trying to get DHL to change charging to Vive. Failing that it will have to be a letter to the Directors of Vive plus an invoice for the import fees and if that isnt paid a winding up order. Fortunately via chat I have their written agreement they will pay the charges.
