These are very pretty and light shoes. I think that they run a little bit small, but are good for width. Next time I will order a slightly larger size.

Finding shoes online is always a risky but not these shoes. They are the most comfortable shoes and very lightweight. Exactly as described on their website. Delivery was also great and even arrived a day before what I was told. Will be buying again without a doubt. Recommend everyone to give it a go, there will be no regrets !

I only buy shoes, booties, boots, kitten heels, flats—all my shoes from Vivaia. They are so comfortable and sophisticated in appearance. My most recent purchase was the kitten heel slouch boots that are made of wool. They are beautiful and so comfortable and water repellent. I am a customer for life.

Shoes and boots are cute, comfortable & fit true to size. They are as depicted on the website. Material is high quality and has some give for those of us with wide feet. Customer service is excellent. Returns and exchanges are quick and hassle-free.

I bought the Filipa Boots and they are so comfy plus I have the skinniest legs and they are such a good fit, so happy as I normally find it so hard to find a good fitting boot.

I have bought many pairs of Vivaia, and my recent purchase of the sport sandals was excellent. They not only make me a little taller but they are so cushioned they are so easy to walk for hours. A great buy. They also arrive quickly and we live in a rural area of NSW.

I bought a of pair Vivaia "sneaker boots" and couldn't be happier, these Vivaia boots are pure comfort! I love take them on long walks, and they really help make my outfits look more put together. Also, Vivaia's customer service is fantastic! I had to return my size 38 for a 39, and the whole process was a breeze, quick and easy.

Their customer service is impeccable. I have about 30 pairs of their shoes and recently had some issues with a pair of leg warmers as I got an allergic reaction.

I love both Vivaia's shoes and their website. The latter is organized so shopping on it is easy and fun. The shoes I bought from them are exceptional and the customer service is too.

I bought a pair of silver Azura's for an upcoming wedding. They look great and I am very pleased.
I originally ordered a 7 and they were too long so I called and was sent a replacement pair of 6.5's within days; return of the 7's was quick, free and painless.
I have a bunion and this shoe is so comfortable to wear.
I am sure I will purchase another pair of Vivaia's after this experience.

Vivaia not only makes great shoes, their customer service is great. The website is easy to use and delivery is prompt. I am loving the two pairs of shoes I have bought: sandals and sneakers. They fit great (both right out of the box which is a great sign of an happy life together) and are completely comfortable. I can’t think of a better product!

My package didn’t make it to me at first, due to no fault on Vivaia’s part, but they cheerfully sent me a second pair without any hesitation or cost to me. And then they followed up with me via email (a real person, not automated) to make sure I was completely happy. I will be a repeat customer for sure! And oh yes, I just love my new shoes!!

I have wide feet and find it difficult to find comfortable and stylish shoes. Vivaia does it. I ordered the slip on unisex sneakers in black and love them. I just have to decide what to order next!
