The experience that I had was beyond my expectations. Everyone was so kind and patient with me and listen to my questions and concerns from start to finish and followed through with everything. When I arrived the first day Yasmine was extraordinary amazing with her guidance and translation with making me understand every step of the process. I appreciate that so much as she definitely made the trip and the process extra comfortable for me . I am very pleased and happy of the outcome and would highly recommend this company for any major dental work that needs to be done especially if feeling vulnerable and skeptical. Job well done Vitta.

AVOID. Very disappointed with Vitta Clinic. I had my nose surgery in February, and nothing was as promised. I was told everything was included, but after surgery, while I was experiencing nose bleeding, I was made to wait at a pharmacy and pay for medication. The clinic was also dirty, and I have received no proper check-up or aftercare since my surgery. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

I came from United Kingdom. All the team very very supportive. Recommend you to take Istanbul airport rather than SAW its near. The doctors were professional. Many thanks to everyone. The driver, the doctors and customer support team.

If you are considering traveling from overseas to Turkey for dental implants, please read my experience before making your decision.
I traveled from the United States to Turkey and had my dental implant treatment performed by Medentika in late 2025, after arranging my treatment through Vitta Clinic. Unfortunately, based on my experience with the dental work and the difficulty getting the problem resolved after returning home, I would not recommend this clinic to international patients.
The most important thing to know is this: I reported the problem less than two weeks after my procedure. This was not something that developed months or years later.
Within the same month as my treatment, I contacted my Vitta coordinator because there was a noticeable gap between the implant/crown area and my gum. Food was constantly getting trapped in the opening.
Since then, I have done everything I could to get the issue resolved.
I followed the recommendations I was given and even tried a temporary filling to close the gap. Unfortunately, that did not provide a permanent solution.
After returning to the United States, I consulted multiple implant specialists in New York. I was told that the implants themselves appear healthy. The ongoing problem is the gap around the crown/implant and gum area that allows food to become trapped.
The dental team in Turkey then requested updated X-rays. I paid out of pocket to have those X-rays taken in the United States and sent them to Turkey so they could evaluate the implants and the problem I had been reporting.
After doing everything requested of me, I was then told that if the crowns need to be redone to correct the gap, I would have to pay to have them redone.
That is extremely disappointing to me.
I reported this issue less than two weeks after the original procedure. I did not damage the crowns or suddenly return months later with a new complaint. This is the same problem I have been reporting since shortly after the work was performed.
And this isn't just a cosmetic complaint.
Almost every time I eat solid food, food gets trapped in the opening. I sometimes have to clean the area after nearly every bite.
As an actor, dental hygiene is especially important because I regularly work and speak in close proximity to other people. There have been times on set when I have been hesitant to eat because I knew food would become trapped and I might not have an appropriate opportunity to clean my teeth afterward.
I also tried to have the problem corrected in New York, but implant specialists I consulted have been reluctant to alter implant work performed by another dental provider. This has left me in an extremely difficult position.
The aftercare and communication have also been disappointing.
I repeatedly reached out to Vitta Clinic for help because they arranged my treatment. My Vitta coordinator did try to assist me and escalated the situation to management, and I want to be fair about that.
I was eventually directed to Diala, a coordinator manager, who told me she was reviewing my file and discussing my situation with management and the dental team.
After that, however, I followed up multiple times over a period of weeks asking for an update and a clear decision and did not receive a response.
For an international patient, this is a serious concern.
I cannot simply drive back to the dental office if something goes wrong. Returning means purchasing another international flight, arranging accommodations, taking time away from work, and traveling thousands of miles.
This is why aftercare matters just as much as the original procedure when you travel overseas for dental work.
I followed their instructions. I tried the temporary filling. I consulted specialists in New York. I paid for the additional X-rays they requested. I sent those X-rays to Turkey. I repeatedly contacted Vitta Clinic and management. And I have continued trying to resolve the issue directly rather than immediately posting a negative review.
Yet I am still living with the same gap that I reported less than two weeks after my procedure.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Medentika/Vitta Clinic to someone traveling from overseas for dental treatment.
If you are considering traveling internationally for dental implants, please get everything in writing before you pay or travel:
• What exactly does the warranty cover?
• Who pays if a crown needs to be remade?
• What happens if you discover a problem after returning home?
• Will they cover corrective treatment, or will you be charged again?
• What aftercare will actually be available to you from your home country?
Those questions become extremely important once you are thousands of miles away.
I am still givin Vitta Clinic an opportunity to resolve this fairly.

Avoid this place please 🆘
I was looking for a clinic where I could have a hair transplant. My husband had previously had his done at a well-known hospital, and his experience was excellent and satisfying in every way. Unfortunately, they didn’t have an appointment available soon enough, so I kept searching until I found Vita Clinic.

I spoke with a consultant named RAYMOND
NOAH. He answered all my questions, his communication and sales approach were excellent, and whenever I messaged him, he would reply within minutes. He painted a very reassuring picture and made me feel that I would be in safe hands.

I agreed to everything with him, and that’s where things started to go completely wrong.

I travelled from the UK to Istanbul with my husband and our baby. We arrived in the morning, and a driver came to pick us up and take us to the hotel. We arrived very early, but when we got there, I was told that our room wasn’t ready and, apparently, nobody had informed the hotel that we were arriving in the morning.

My baby was exhausted from the journey. I needed to change her, give her milk, and I was exhausted myself and desperately needed to rest before the procedure.

That was when the picture started becoming clear.

The consultant who had been so responsive before suddenly stopped answering. I contacted a coordinator named DIALA, who told me she would call the hotel and check what was happening. After that, she stopped responding as well.

We were left waiting from the early morning until around 10 AM just to get our room.

I eventually managed to contact the consultant again and told him how unhappy I was with the way we had been treated. He gave me several excuses and told me to meet him at the clinic and that everything would be fine.

Our appointment was at 3 PM. My husband, my baby and I went to the location, only to discover what looked like an apartment divided into rooms. It was extremely difficult to even tell who was a doctor and who was a nurse.

We waited until around 6 PM before I was finally seen by someone who introduced himself as a doctor. He simply drew the front hairline and the eyebrows by hand. There was no proper consultation or technique used to determine what would actually suit the shape of my face.

After that, I paid and was given a stack of papers to sign.

Then I had to wait again before they took me in for the procedure. Honestly, I wish I had never gone through with it. I genuinely hope anyone reading this review thinks twice before choosing this place.

The anaesthesia injections were extremely painful. I had expected proper preparation and care, but instead I felt like I was being treated as a product rather than as a patient. They were repeatedly injecting anaesthetic while speaking and laughing in Turkish as if everything was completely normal, despite how much pain I was experiencing.

The procedure lasted around six hours, including both the hair transplant and eyebrow procedure. The eyebrows were drawn and performed completely differently from the shape I had originally been shown. One eyebrow ended up longer than the other, and the final result had no real connection to the original design.

They also advertise that they provide food, but I wasn’t even offered a glass of water unless I specifically asked for one.

On top of that, I had paid for PRP. When the hair procedure was finished, I asked the doctor to do the PRP. He told me we would do it after the eyebrows. Once the eyebrows were finished, I asked again, and he told me that it had already been done. At that point, I honestly felt completely confused and lost in the middle of everything.

The level of communication was extremely poor, and the overall experience left me deeply disappointed and emotionally distressed.

And the consultant who had been so available before my trip? I still have never actually met him — Raymond Noah.

As for the coordinator, DIALA, I had to call repeatedly and send multiple messages, and she would respond whenever she felt like it.

This is only part of what happened. There is much more I could say, but this review is already long enough.

I am sharing my experience because I genuinely hope it makes other people think carefully before choosing this clinic. Please do your research, ask questions, and don’t let a convincing consultant and reassuring promises make the decision for you.

My experience with Vita Clinic was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it based on what I personally experienced.

Coming from the USA the clinic made me feel very welcomed. English was very good and I will be back for more procedures. The doctors and hospital were very clean and the doctor did an excellent rhinoplasty. My dental work was excellent also.

I'am very happy with the results of my procedure. Yasmin my translator was very helpful when it came to describing all procedures every step of the way also I felt all the staff were very nice and accommodating. Thank you

Easy transportation, clean professional staff, quick process

Votre suivis n'est pas terribles. Si je ne contacte pas la personne elle ne prend pas de nouvelles ni rien. Et quand je lui pose une question elle répond un jour après ou des heures après. Vous avez dit qu'ils allaient me contacter dans votre dernier message en tout cas personne ne m'a contacté , ou demander comment sa allait depuis la greffe. Je ne suis pas satisfait de vos service et moi j ai réellement fait la greffe avec votre compagnie on n'appelle pas sa une clinique si il n'y a pas de clinique. En tout cas je ne vous recommanderai a personne. Vous ne respectez pas vos engagements.

I had a good experience them. Yasmin along with Marie was very helpful and supportive during the whole journey. The doctor Citin was very nice and professional. He was attentive to details and understanding. All of them made the journey wonderful.

Very dodgy, PLEASE AVOID . Horrible experience , totally unacceptable. They have messed up my scalp. After 2 months i still have damage scalp scars . Very very disappointed. No PRP after surgery, no medication even it says on their advertisement, medication will be provided for 6 months but been given for 3 days only. Its not a hospital even its just a hire facility in a building. Doesn’t look hygienic at all . The guy was giving too much pain , i think he didn’t know how to do anaesthesia . Very very painful and unpleasant and unprofessional experience. AVOID at any cost .

Extremley professional surgeons, co ordinators and general staff. Attention to detail in every aspect with hair transplant i did yesterday. With bargain prices including packages with hotel. Been to Turkey twice now and the people overall are very kind besides the police and security at airport but the general public are friendly and hospitable. This clinic is 10/10 in terms of surgeons skill in hair transplant and value for money on prices

First of all, I want to thank the commercial assistant Imane 🌹 for her service, recommendations and her serious. She is a good professional. She respond instantly to my questions even after intervention. I didn't feel alone! I was very good accompanied. Also, I thank Dr Shebnem for her implication and advices, she is very gentle. The traductor and the medical assistant were very kind and very present.

I recently had a hair transplant with Vitta International and the level of the standard from the initial contact till the after procedure contact has been very satisfied. It took me more than a month to make my decision to continue hair transplant with Vitta International.
I arrived in Istanbul received by their representative taken straight to the hospital where I met the doctor and another staff to discuss details of pre and post procedural formalities. The doctor assessed my scalp went to detailed analysis of what was to happen, how the procedure be done and post procedural details discussed extensively. The second day upon arrival I was taken to the hospital for blood tests and upon satisfaction of the results the pre hair transplant procedures started. The hospital was spotless and clean which boosted my confidence and the dealing with the staff were exceptional. Over 4600 hair follicles were extracted initially and later in the afternoon the hair transplant procedures started the whole process lasted more than 8 hours. The more follicles you need the more time taken. After that the team led me carefully to the vehicle to my hotel where I was resting. Meanwhile the back office staff were constantly in touch with me about how I was doing. This level of customer service was top class. The third day I had my first hair wash and my head felt lighter once the bandages came off. I had given instructions to follow very carefully during the first month of my hair transplant procedures which I will religiously follow to get my desired result.
Post procedural contact are still happening now as I am back home.
In a nutshell I can say you can put your trust with Vitta International for your needs which I can assure that you will not be disappointed.
