brilliant product so far - building up use but has really made a difference. I chose this because after doing some research I found this on an NHS hire site for skin conditions - so if you are worried about purchasing something that might be too strong or not certified then it makes sense to get this. Price is good too compared to other brands, really happy + would recommend.
Excellent delivery , lovely packaging. The tan colour was good ,but just found it came too fast. I will transfer into a spray bottle.

I’ve given Vitiligoshop five stars because the service and advice have been excellent, as have the products – Vitistop gel; Vitipro gel; and Vitistop vitamins are all products working for me. I use them along with light treatment or natural sunshine. Peter at Vitiligoshop has given me better advice about how to repigment than I received while being treated by dermatologists. If I'd had his advice before now, I’m pretty sure my vitiligo would have disappeared during the 1 year I spent having light treatment. Regaining my full colour, I am a black woman with white vitiligo patches, will take more time but I am finally on the right track with these products. Thanks Peter and your team.

I've been using the UV lamp, cream and tablets for 2 months now and can start to see a different, the white patches on my face are now pink.
But don't be tempted to overdo the time recommended or guess the seconds without a stopwatch, or it may give you a skin peel type of suntan burn. (Well that's what I found out to my mistake)
Using the tablets daily and the light now 2 to 3 times a week.
I tan very easily so I'm looking forward to winter when my tan fades and next year I will use suncream from the very start of sprint to keep my face tanning less and hopefully the treatment will have worked by then.
If you don't want an overnight cure (there isn't one) for vitiligo, is it a good start point if your Dr is not able to help you and the health care system is slow to look after you.
Just be very careful not to overdo it.

Please wait until all redness has completely disappeared before using the lamp again. Never treat skin that is still pink, sore, irritated or peeling.
Use the UVB lamp only 2–3 times per week, always leaving at least one full rest day between sessions. Measure every session precisely with a timer, do not estimate the exposure time, and avoid treating the same area twice through overlapping. Increase the exposure only gradually according to the treatment protocol.
Mild temporary pinkness can occur, but stronger or persistent redness means that the dose was too high. In that case, pause treatment until the skin has fully recovered and reduce the exposure time at the next session.
As your vitiligo is on the face, we would also recommend asking your doctor or dermatologist whether Protopic 0.1% ointment may be suitable for you. It is a prescription medicine and is often used for facial vitiligo, where the response can be particularly very good. Use it only as prescribed and do not apply it immediately before UVB treatment.

Lieferung kam schnell. Habe mich für die teuerste UVB Lampe entschieden. Der Timer funktioniert nicht. Hab reklamiert und sollte ein Video senden. Konnte das Video jedoch nicht hochladen und habe dies geschrieben. Möchte ein Rücksendeetikett bzw. einen neuen Timer. Es handelt sich um ein 5 Euro Produkt. Nach 4 Tagen immer noch keine Antwort. Schlechter Service. Bin unzufrieden.

vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie vier Tage auf eine Antwort warten mussten. Aufgrund unseres Urlaubs kam es in den letzten Tagen leider zu Verzögerungen bei der Bearbeitung von Anfragen. Dies entspricht selbstverständlich nicht unserem üblichen Kundenservice.
Der Timer ist sehr wahrscheinlich nicht defekt. Auf der Rückseite befindet sich eine kleine Sicherheitssicherung beziehungsweise Schutzlasche, die vor der ersten Verwendung herausgezogen werden muss. Anschließend sollte sich der Timer normal einschalten lassen.
Wir entschuldigen uns nochmals ausdrücklich für die verspätete Rückmeldung und die dadurch entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Sollte der Timer nach dem Entfernen der Sicherung weiterhin nicht funktionieren, werden wir selbstverständlich umgehend eine passende Lösung für Sie finden.
Falls sich bestätigt, dass das Problem lediglich an der noch eingesetzten Sicherheitssicherung lag und der Timer anschließend ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, würden wir uns sehr freuen, wenn Sie Ihre Bewertung entsprechend aktualisieren könnten. So würde die Bewertung auch die tatsächliche Lösung des Problems widerspiegeln.

So far so good. I ordered the lamp (for later use during the winter months) and also 3 make up pens to try and match my skin tone. I am delighted with the pens, although 2 of them were not a great match I found the perfect one in the tan. I accepted that I might have to discard a couple, and so really appreciated the half price offer for new customers. The pen is great, colour stays all day. Really pleased.
