Honestly I can't really think of much to say. The service was flawless, super easy, and actually very quick! Even the results of my blood tests were far easier to understand than with any other service I've used before. Great job, keep it up :3

I got my results fairly quickly however the markers stated I was in normal range and I was not, and my other markers were inaccurate. I go to see more of my test and I have to ‘upload the PDF’ on to another website to see it thoroughly but when I’m on this website there’s no where for me to upload the file.

instructions were easy to follow, the whole process was super simple and fast and I got my results back a day later. 100% recommend!

Bought a vitamin and mineral test kit on line, received and sent the blood sample back, one of the markers for B9 came back with sample haemolysis, in this instance a new test is sent free of charge to repeat the process. Week later still haven’t received the retest nor response from two messages sent. I have bought another test with another company now I would others to avoid this company.

Overall really good experience of the service. I booked a home visit for the blood test. The nurse was friendly, pleasant and professional. Results were back very quickly.

Iv personally struggled to get decent results, but that isn't Vitall's fault it's my own and I appreciate how good they were at getting new tests out to me, and they got back to me swiftly when I needed help

Quick analysis and detailed results. I really like the UI on the website, it's very clear and easy to understand.

I've used a few of these services and Vitall is at the higher end of pricing. The tests options are generally good - they have a great breath of plans e.g. test by sex, sexuality, concern, however I was disappointed by the lack of follow up if they aren't able to complete a test. I had to reach out to customer services when, by my own fault, a test wasn't possible but I didn't get a response first time. The second time I was told retesting options were limited and advised to another group of tests with several I didn't need. This was a disappointing as I was able to find an alternative provider quickly who did offer what I needed. Considering this costs more, I expected more flexibility.

I've done many DIY blood tests before, usually with a different company. This time I needed a more speciuality blood test which I couldn't do myself, and my usual provider only had appointments in London. Vitall gave me the flexibility to request a home visit, and the test results were available the following day!

Test was fine but some of my sample haemolyzed and I couldn’t get the full results. The FAQs on their website say that they offer a free retest for this but I have been trying to get a hold of their customer service for a month now and no answer. No phone number to call. I spent a good amount of money for a comprehensive test and in the end didn’t receive results for everything.

Vitall does its work quickly and efficiently! I genuinely can't fault them.

The test was easy to do and send off. I gave the service only three stars, however, because I had to send it twice.

The first sample had apparently coagulated and was untestable. This was fair enough. I imagine it happens often. Trouble was, I heard nothing from them for weeks. I had to contact Vitall to find out what had happened to my sample and then I had to do another one.

Fast and professional service. The instructions were very clear and made the whole process feel a lot less scary. The couple of personal questions I had were answered very quickly and clearly by the team, who were very friendly and understanding.
Even though it was the holiday season I got my results back in few days, giving me plenty of time to get them to my healthcare provider before the chaos of this time of year fully set in.

prompt service well informed but when one test failed was offered a repeat at £69 but found another provider who was just as efficient for £45 and a free repeat if you have a problem!

I did the cholesterol test because Familial Hypercholesterolemia runs in my family. I'm only 32 but my results came back as borderline high, so now I know to keep an eye on it and make some lifestyle changes to support my cholesterol. The results came back super quickly and the test itself was really easy to do. I will be doing these every 6 months to make sure my levels are under control and not going into the red.
