Ordered an adorable top took my measurements so I could be sure of the proper size when it came it was too small. Emailed them. No Satisfaction will not refund except for $5. Customer service sucks obviously from China

I bought 3 blouses. They were too small and I did not like the fabric. I had 30 days to return them for a full refund. On 7/5/24 I texted Visuddy requesting a full refund and return label. Since then I have received 4 offers of "compensation" ranging from $10 to $40 and "no return-you can keep the shirts" I paid $93. The last text on 7/14 they stated that if I wanted to return the shirts, the address is in Dubai and I would have to pay the freight myself -"the shipping cost is expensive" "Keep the shirts...the best we can do is compensate you $40." I will NEVER do business with them again! i'm out $53.

There doesn't seem to be instructions on how to return an item or any information to make contact.

I ordered 3 articles, for some reason 2 were cancelled and not sure why. My money for those was refunded. I did receive the skirt, which I was happy with.

The dress fit perfectly and the quality of the fabric was exceptional.

I really like the top but I wish I ordered the top in Large instead of med.Too much trouble to send it back.

My item did not arrive on time. However after inquiring with the company they were quick to respond and very good at keeping me updated on the status of delivery. The dress is lovely, a little more red in color than the photo on line but all in all I'm pleased with the quality and style of the dress

Easy transaction. It took a while to get here, but I am happy they made it. Nice material and cute flowy dresses.

I purchased 2 dresses. The solid blue I’d give a 4-5 while the white with blue stripes I’d give a 2-3.
The blue runs true to size…not sure what it will look like after washed.
The other white with blue stripes is made out of an odd fabric. It looks cheap the dark insert is printed on and not a separate piece of fabric sewn on. The picture showed white buttons but it came with dark blue buttons that don’t match the blues…just does not match. It fits nicely…just gives off a “cheap” feel. Hard to get the wrinkles out of the dress.

The dresses are lovely and fit well.
My dissatisfaction is the length of time it took to receive my order. I placed it on June 4th and it arrived on July 1st. The day I left town. I had to search for another dress for a ceremony.

Cannot return items if they do not fit.
While the clothing received was of good quality - you cannot return anything. They will only refund you a portion of the full price (in my case it was 25%) as this is not shipped in the US but overseas. So I now have to keep the clothing that does not fit and was only refunded a small portion.

The website states that the clothes are made in South Carolina and California...DO NOT BE FOOLED...THE CLOTHES ARE MADE IN CHINA. I ordered three dresses...one fit okay, not great. However, the other two dresses were way too tight. The company would not reimburse me the $70 that the dresses cost. They said that they would reimburse me $11 and I could keep the dresses. If I wanted to get the dresses in a larger size I would have to pay $17 shipping fees. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A CHINESE COMPANY, NOT AN AMERICAN COMPANY.

First place never placed the order. Never used. paypal in years. Never had opportunity to review any order at all. Three items were delivered without my approval and was charged $81.67 to paypal. How do I get reimbursed? Orderno#10730612. Difficulty in sending complaint. I sent a message before.

Love the style and material however I have to take it to have something done with the sleeves as they are too tight! I’m thinking a seamstress can add a small piece that won’t be seen!!!

I ordered a size XL dress and received size small. I'll be trying to figure out how to do an exchange. This dress is for my mother for her birthday. Hope it gets here in time!!

After further tracking of the package I discovered it was sent by mail and delivered July 2 but I waited 4 more days for notification. I am unable to get to my mailbox often so I missed seeing the package. I apologize for that. I brought it home only to discover the sleeves on one top are way too long and another top is cut like I have never seen before. The top is way too revealing and the back pulls from being tight.

Took longer to get here but I’m satisfied with the dress.

Dress was longer and different color than advertised. Other items were great .
