Have never experienced a more unethical staffing company than this one. I brought them NP work for several years and brought them 100k's of dollars. This past time no credentialling (which is the only thing they had to do) was done. I lost a state DEA license and had to do all my own credentialling after realizing they did nothing for the job. They are dishonest and took no responsibility. The only thing the Senior director, Dan Gonzalez was worried about was me spelling his name wrong in an email (after my name was spelled improperly). Also, they changed my wages 3 times in a previous job and took no responsibility.
Poor communication (especially if confronted), unprofessional staff, dishonest when confronted and inappropriate as any Provider's representative.

I had to correct them many times when they said would work 7-7p though I only agreed 7-3.

Problem resolution is the biggest one not to join them. Their recruiters do not treat contractors with respect and when unable to resolve an issue they do not let you speak to their immediate supervision even when asked.

When they had a problem with their contract the recruiter led me on for months saying they are going back in forth on the contract to later on say the place I worked at suddenly didn't want me though they had been working on a contract for me for months and couldn't meet agreement. Then they wouldn't let me out of my contract despite this information. My recruiter refused to let me speak to her boss and threatened legal if I pursued this matter. Do you want to work for a company that behaves like this? Do you want to work for a company that when there is a problem won't let you speak to someone above them that is in charge to resolve the matter? Join a staffing company that is professional and will work with and for you and not against you. This one is a bad one.

There was a lot of time wasted in sending multiple people the same info via email. Lack of coordination and communication across staff members, especially when it came to communicating with the folks at Northern Light Health and Mercy Hospital. No coordinated check off list for all elements needed by the Med Staff Office at the hospital. I felt that a lot of communication was scattered and fragmented.

J’ai été énormément déçu de mon voyage en République Dominicaine auprès de l’agence de voyage Fram au sein de l’hôtel vista sol. Tout d’abord l’agence de voyage indiquait qu’au seins de l’hôtel on parlait espagnol mais aussi français, c’est pour quoi j’ai choisis cet hôtel et cette agence. Hors à part 3 personnes responsables de « l’animation » tout le reste du personnel parle exclusivement espagnol. Vous avez beau essayé de parler même un minimum de anglais vous ne serez pas compris. Ce qui veut dire qu’en cas de problèmes si vous ne parlez pas couramment espagnol vous serrez bien embête c’est le moins qu’on puisse dire. Car oui, ne comptez pas sur les 3 personnes francophones de l’hôtel, parce que déjà vous aurez du mal à les trouver, en effet ces personnes qui sont là pour faire « l’animation » sont plus en train de se promener, s’amuser entre eux, parler… tout sauf l’animation, à part quand elles se motivent, c’est à dire une fois ou deux dans la journée et sans que les clients francophones soient prévenues, il faut tomber dessus pour le savoir, de plus ces personnes ne viennent jamais à votre rencontre, c’est plutôt l’inverse !! Mais pire encore, quand vous leur demandez une information, un conseil on peut vous répondre « j’ai pas le temps » ou alors on vous réponds très vite et vaguement, comme si on dérangeait ! Vous l’aurez compris, l’animation est inexistante, vous n’avez aucune assistance sur place, et aucun divertissement autre que la piscine ou la plage! Plage qui soit dit en passant, devait être paradisiaque, c’est avéré être tout l’inverse, la mer est agité et rempli d’algues tout les jours (normal, c’est l’océan et non pas la mer des Caraïbes), elle est remplit de transat qui se chevauche, c’est une jungles de palmiers et la plage est beaucoup plus étroite que prévu. Vous pensez être au bout de vos surprises… pas du tout. Les repas y sont à vomir, et c’est le cas de le dire, en 2 semaines nous avons passé 1 semaine entière à nous vider et vomir, nous avons mêmes déserté le « buffet » par la même occasion, un véritable enfer dont nous étions pas les seuls à nous plaindre ! A chaque repas des 5 « restaurants » proposer, des personnes se lèvent en pleine milieu du repas et sortent soit en se touchant le ventre et la bouche prêt a régurgité ce qu’ils ont mangé soit en se plaignant « c’est de la … , on part » ! Et tout les français présent dans l’hôtel pendant mon séjour ne cessaient de se plaindre tout autant ! Mais tout ça n’étais rien comparer à l’insécurité présent dans cet hôtel !! En effet, nous avons frôler la catastrophe pendant notre séjour dans cet hôtel et pour cause, au sein de l’hôtel vous avez de multiples personnes qui n’ont absolument rien avoir avec l’hôtel mais qu’on laisse librement entrer et parler aux vacanciers, ces personnes vous proposent diverses choses qui ont pour but de vous soutirer tout votre argent et de vous escroquer ! Mais ça l’hôtel ou les représentants de Fram ne vous y informent pas ! Et c’est comme ça que mon compagnon et moi nous sommes fait avoir et avons été mis en danger. Une personne qui soit disant travail à la satisfaction des vacanciers est venu nous voir à plusieurs reprises pour savoir si tout allait bien dès notre arrivée puis 3 jours plus tard nous propose une navette « proposée » par l’hôtel pour aller acheter des souvenirs dans les magasins, ce que nous avons accepté mais quelle fût notre surprise quand nous nous sommes retrouvé non pas dans un bus comme prévu avec d’autres vacanciers mais seulement mon compagnon et moi dans un taxi venu nous chercher en retrait de l’hôtel et nous emmenant dans un petit boui-boui enfermé à double tour une fois que nous sommes entré, où il n’y avait aucun prix apart celui donné par le « vendeur » selon notre tête et qui n’a pas voulu nous laisser sortir tant que nous aurions pas « acheter » quelques chose, une fois ça fait il a même vérifier que nous avions pas plus d’argent puis il a enfin déverrouiller la porte et demandé au chauffeur de nous ramener. Je ne vous explique pas la peur que nous avons eu !
