Concern About Unfair Account Suspension
Vista Social banned my account in response to the negative review I posted on AppSumo, even though I had purchased it as a lifetime license.
This is a very unreasonable and hard-to-believe action.

I was looking for a tool which can…
I was looking for a tool which can automate my conversations. When I get a comment/dm on LinkedIn or Instagram, sometimes I cannot get back to them instantly, but I do want them to feel acknowledged. Vista Social does it for me, keeps them engaged and even sends automated replies to them. It helped increase my followers and sent weekly updates. Also, the sentiment analysis tool helps me understand if people are taking my content positively or negatively, which helps me pivot my branding strategy accordingly. I can even create listening audiences so I can segregate my content and create personalised posts which they find helpful. Highly recommended!

Vista Social has been a great tool for managing multiple client accounts at the same time. The platform is very intuitive, making it easy to switch between accounts, schedule posts, and reply to DMs. What really stands out is the social listening feature, which saves me hours of manual work. The cost-benefit is excellent since even the basic plan includes powerful features. Overall, it makes social media management smoother, more organized, and much more effective.
User Friendly with Lots of Bells and Whistles
I just wanted to highlight how user-friendly Vista Social is. As a VA for 10 years now, I've used many different social scheduling platforms but this one has been particularly helpful. I didn't need to watch any videos to get started, it's so easy to navigate. For the additional features that don't come on most other platforms, I would advise you to check out their helpful articles so that you can get the most value out of these.
A few things that I particularly liked:
Ability to see all your DMs from different social media profiles in one place.
Being able to create a custom bio page where you can integrate a platform like Calendly so people can book meetings with you - I've added this to my email footer.
URL tracking which integrates with Google Analytics to monitor your social media traffic to a particular page.
The automation feature is a game changer as it lets you collect leads and send out free reports to grow your audience on autopilot.
Overall, Vista Social has everything in one place making social media management that much easier, including a To Do list, so you can keep on track of your tasks.
Total game changer
I have just started using Vista Social and I am already IN LOVE WITH IT!. I just love how tutorials are crafted in a way that you can preview examples (that's something I hadn't seen before), it makes it so much easier to understand how everything works, + the listening option is something I did not always have with previous social media manager platforms. I feel like that helps you keep on with trends and also manage damage control. I don't think I can recommend it enough. You just need to experience it yourself.
Work smarter not harder
As the marketing manager for a growing company, I got increasingly frustrated by how much time and effort social media management took. It's such an easy and intuitive system to use that I honestly have no complaints. As a content creator, I often receive a lot of messages and can't be jumping between all the different apps, so I'm truly happy to have found this platform.

What’s Going Wrong:
My Comments Keep Disappearing
I post comments through Vista Social, see the confirmation they’re live, and then—bam—they’re gone. It’s driving me up the wall trying to keep track of what I’ve said to our followers.
For a nonprofit like ours, every interaction with potential donors is crucial, and this glitch is killing my ability to stay connected.

How It’s Messing Up My Work
These issues are eating up my time and energy. Instead of firing off a quick 10-second reply, I’m stuck spending 7–17 minutes digging through thousands of comments. The way Vista handles comment threads is so confusing—it’s like trying to piece together a conversation with half the pieces missing. Plus, not being able to block users in the app means I’m constantly toggling between tools, which grinds my workflow to a halt.
What I Need from Vista Social
These aren’t minor glitches—they’re huge problems that make Vista Social a headache to use. I want Vista Social to fix the disappearing comments, stop the duplicate postings, keep my comment history accessible, and add a way to block users right in the app. These fixes are critical for me to keep engaging with our community without losing my sanity. I chose Vista Social for a reason—please make it work the way I hoped it would!
Major defects & our comments vanish
Disappointing because of our high expectations. Though support is quick to respond and Maria and Reggie are doing a real professional job, the facts remain: our comments on Vista Social disappear so we don't know whom we answered. The thread of answering is not intuitive. These are MAJOR DEFECTS in Social Vista and the answer we got didn't make us feel that it will be soon fixed.

The Vista Social app has become a moderation nightmare for engaging with potential donors and the public. Even after Vista Social confirms a comment has been posted, it often disappears shortly afterward.
This creates three serious problems:
Duplicate postings – Volunteers at the Original Bible Foundation resend the same comments, thinking the error was on our end, cluttering the post and potentially annoying potential donors.
Loss of context – When followers reply, we have no record of what we originally said, leaving us in the dark.
Wasted time – Instead of a 10-second quick reply, we’re forced to dig through up to 3,000 online comments, wasting 7–17 minutes per response.
Vista Social goes above and beyond for you.
I found that Vista Social is favourable in terms of functionality, value for money, scheduling and analytics. But it goes beyond the ability to schedule content for me as a Social Media Manager. Many SMM tools offer these basic functions. I found that seeing messages, comments and mentions in real time in your inbox for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn to be extremely helpful. Being able to automate responding to all messages using the DM Automations feature is quite effective and allows for faster responses to general and frequently asked questions. Listening feature which is generally a premium offering with other SMM platforms is super powerful and very affordable for a small business. The teams interactions on the platform allows for faster responses and solutions for client needs.
Vista Social is the All-in-one Content Management Tool I Was Looking For
Vista Social has been a great help in improving our social media presence, using our resources more efficiently. In particular, I am most impressed with the content scheduling with relevant integrations for posting! The major selling point that drew me in was the affordable cost, in comparison to other competitors I've tried.

I really liked the look and feel of the platform, and the overall user experience. It was super easy to connect my accounts and start posting or scheduling content.
One thing I found especially helpful was the way the post insights are shown 😍Simple and clear. Generating reports was also very straightforward, which I loveeed 🤎

I also really liked the in the full view calendar, it shows a summary with key reach metrics for each post just a few hours after publishing. It’s a great way to keep track, day by day, of what content is working and what’s not, instead of waiting for the end of the month.
Overall, the reporting tool felt very useful, robust, and user-friendly.

Social Vista help me manage multiple social media platforms 😍, from the same place. One small click and I can send out posts to various social media profiles ! I can even have a big calendar view, and plan my future posts without having to use or manage multiple Excel sheets ! Check this out, you can even get your local calendar with all social, religious and political holidays ! Public ones ! It helps narrow down some posts, and laser target some topics with seasonality.

The infrastructure
The infrastructure, the UI is simple and effective, very complete and clean. It integrates basically all the tools needed for my work as a social media manager. It makes it easy to implement my day to day work into one single platform. AND their customer support team is the best. i use it as a Marketing engine, per say. It is like a better, less complicated and more cheaper hubspot.
