I love this resin! It has a low viscosity so it perfect for what I make. It is easy to mix and colour, and has a long shelf life. I am able to buy a large size which keeps me going for ages, and it’s quality is reliable. I’ve used other more expensive brands from well known resin brands but for me, this resin is my absolute favourite!

Ordered my resin months ago never arrived. Emailed them they asked for the order details, I replied then never heard back. This was last year. Still waiting for my goods

I love the vista resin products , however I placed my order a long time ago and the tracking still has not updated. It shows the courier has not collected it yet.
My projects have fallen behind scedule and its my livelihood.
My last order took weeks too unfortunately.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered 1.5kg of 2 part resin. Did not arrive. Emailed customer support after a week & it took a few days before I received an answer.
The order arrived and was not usable- only 1 of the containers was labelled & the other was sticky, as though the resin had been slopped in from a larger container. No instructions and no expiry date.
Emailed customer support again, with photos over 2 weeks ago and no reply.

Customer services did respond a week ago and offered a replacement of a different product or a full refund.
Received dispatch confirmation today and I am very happy with the result.

It is disappointing that I waited so long for a response, but the company came good in the end.
Their resin is easy to use and does produce a good result.

Really very poor service, it took weeks for anyone to contact me and answer my emails. I had leaked resin delivered and filthy pigment colours.
Won't use this company again.

I placed an order for Vista Turbo Resin on the 14th of October, just minutes before the cut-off for same-day dispatch. Based on that, I reasonably expected it to be sent out that day. Instead, nothing was sent out, and I noticed the order was marked as “complete” — despite no dispatch confirmation.

Friday came and went with no update. On Monday, I called and was told production was delayed and it would be sent Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. That didn’t happen either. I had to escalate with a formal complaint via email, and only then was I told it would be sent Wednesday for Thursday delivery.

The resin itself is excellent — I’ve never had issues with the product before. But the repeated misinformation and lack of proactive communication were unacceptable. If they’d simply emailed to say there was a delay, I would’ve understood. Instead, I was left chasing answers.

Honesty is the best policy. Next time, don’t mark orders as complete when they’re not, and don’t make promises you can’t keep. Just be upfront — your customers deserve that.

I started using Vista Resin about 5 years ago and loved it. Resin was amazing quality and customer service was brilliant.
However customer service in the last month has been beyond shocking. I've tried to emailing but no response. The only way to get a response is by posting a comment to their Facebook page which doesn't actually get published.
I feel it's just lip service now with no care for customers.
The Cascade resin I had bought recently and stored correctly flash cured despite it being within the measurements!
After 5 years, Vista, you've definitely lost a loyal customer.

The last time I ordered from this company, the delivery never arrived, after several attempts to contact the courier and Vista I still do not know where the delivery is.

Customer service is great, my enquiries were responded to helpfully. I bought the small quantity of water based Duraseal which I haven't used yet so I can't review the product. It was good to be able to purchase a small amount. The only thing which could have been better is if there had been instructions for use on the bottles. Instructions are available online but it would have been great to have had them on the label.
