Fast delivery, excellent customer service.

Extremely happy with my media wall
Although had a few frustrating issues with delivery, the fire came a different day to the supposed day after waiting in all day , trying to get communication was a nightmare
Then the panels & everything else never turned up on the day as the van broke down that they were on , again communication was not good, then had to put the builder off for a week which wasn’t good,
When it came to building the housing unit for the fire there was no screws or anything, so that had to be chased up
No instructions were ever sent, so again another delay
But I am over the moon with how it all looks
despite all the problems

Placed our order and received our media wall in the time stated. We then had to wait a few weeks for our friend to put it up for us. It was worth the wait. It’s excellent quality, it was easy to install and we love it.
We think it’s good value for money. Very happy customers.

Item arrived in a few weeks of order, just completed installation of the media package including the fire.
It’s a little challenging. I took a week off work to install it, watched the YouTube installation guide step by step, final outcome, it looks great and has changed our living room.

From start to finish the whole experience was great! I had a few missing pieces which was sorted so promptly, excellent service provided and the Media wall is absolutely stunning!!

Great communication with company and products are top quality. Fire is amazing and overall a positive experience with a beautifully finished wall.

Order took almost four weeks to process, I had to contact the company to get a update on delivery, overall I am happy with the wall, although it is very overpriced and can be sourced cheaper separately. Also I would like to add that the board for behind the tv had damaged corners and they send silver screws instead of black ones as advertised in the assembly kit.

Sample pack was outstanding good quality was delivered 4 days after I ordered. One point I would mention is there was no labels on the samples to identify what colours they were. That is my only negative comment.

Looks amazing and very good quality, would have given 5 stars if there had been instructions with it, that was the only downside.

Ordered a media wall, everything was as described, top quality and delivered in between the time scales. Cannot recommend enough.
If you are looking for a self built media kit this is the only place to go.
