Ordered items on 20th December 2024. Still waiting. Emailed twice, sent message through Messenger, filled in online form twice and left a voicemail on their contact number.....not had ANY reply whatsoever to date. Shocking service. Will not use again or recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order on the 13/12/24 paid £4.99 for express delivery. Still haven’t received. I’ve emailed with no response. I’ve phoned and was told on the phone by a lady once she speaks to her manager she will phone me back. Never phoned me back disgusting!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered something and it has been 2 weeks and I haven’t received it. They are extremely unprofessional. I’m waiting for a simple order, and other companies during christmas time don’t make people wait 2 weeks for their order, so their excuses are stupid and irrelevant.

Please note that your order was placed after the initial cut-off period, which was clearly stated on our website. As you can imagine, during the festive period, including bank holidays and staff holidays, there are often delays in processing and delivery, which can affect orders. After looking into your order, I can see that it was due to be delivered on 4th January but had to be redelivered. You should have received an email notification from Royal Mail regarding this.

Our aim is to process all refunds within 5-7 working days, but depending on your bank or building society, it can sometimes take up to 30 days for the funds to appear in your account. If you would like, we can provide evidence of the refund transaction to assist you.
Please note that when returns are received at our pharmacy, we have a dedicated team who carefully inspects both the package and the item to ensure it has not been tampered with and that the seal is intact. These additional checks are done for the safety of our customers and staff, and as a result, it can occasionally take slightly longer than expected to complete the refund process.

Placed an order before 4pm 19th December. Immediately received an email saying the order was being processed. Order promised for 48 hour Royal Mail delivery (hence the reason for choosing this company) so should have definitely been received by Xmas eve. No order has been received with 7 working days inbetween the order date and now. No correspondence from vision pharmacy regarding my order. Really poor service considering this order was important and cannot be bought from supermarkets (dairy free baby milk £58 order). Don’t promise customers quick delivery if you cannot fulfil this service, let people order from elsewhere so they are not left without!! AVOID this company if you actually want the products you buy!

Placed order 18th December, acknowledged order then heard nothing, have emailed three times and had no response. Wish I’d read reviews before placing order, would have ordered elsewhere, have almost £100 of my money and can’t find out what is happening.

On opening one of the products it was found to be faulty.
I emailed the company on the 14th, 19th and 22nd of December and also sent them a Facebook message regarding my issue.
No reply received despite contacting them four times. I can only advise prospective customers to AVOID.

No message or delivery after two weeks. Contacted them twice to ask where delivery was received no response.
Had to go through my bank to get a refund.

paypal couldn't complete transaction. So I suspected a scam. Ordered elsewhere paypal transaction worked fine. returned to vision out of curiosity tried to complete transaction again and was refused and again advised to use different payment method.....I'm not convinced that Vision Pharma are legit.

I go to the grays branch and can’t fault the service I received. I couldn’t get an appointment with my local GP so I popped to the pharmacy to raise my concerns of having tonsillitis. The pharmacist listened to my concerns and symptoms and prescribed me antibiotics straight away. Fantastic help for the struggling GPs

I bought Regaine minoxidil for women on line on offer 8 months supply for ££77,94 on line 28/10/24 and was sent only four months supply. I emailed them twice about the remaining four months supply but didn’t get any response. I would advise anyone buying from them to make sure they are getting exactly what they paid for.
I have been reached by the manager Naz of Vision Pharmacy she apologised that I didn’t get what I paid for and for the late response. She explained that the matter has been looked into, that they mistakenly packed only two of the item. She has sent me the remaining two bottles of four months supply and a supplementary gift. I am very pleased that she dealt with the issue swiftly and professionally.
