Great service from Visa Sunrise Travels. I highly recommend them!

Would not recommend — serious issues with our Schengen visa application

I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for assistance with Schengen visa processing, based on my experience with Lisa, the travel agent who handled our application.

We clearly communicated that our intended travel dates were 22nd to 29th August, and all of our travel and accommodation bookings were arranged around those dates. However, the company submitted a flight reservation showing 23rd August as the departure date.

As a result, our Schengen visa was granted only from 23rd August onwards. This caused a major disruption to our travel plans, and we were left stuck at Zurich Airport until the following day, resulting in significant inconvenience, stress and additional costs.

Another major concern is the way the documentation was handled. Important supporting documents were provided to us at the very last moment, leaving extremely little time to properly review and verify everything before the visa application was submitted. This makes it very difficult for clients to identify errors and ensure that the information submitted accurately reflects their actual travel plans.

In our case, an incorrect flight reservation was ultimately submitted despite our travel dates having been clearly communicated in advance. This directly affected the validity period of our visa and disrupted our trip.

Lisa was the travel agent responsible for handling our application, and unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend her or this company for Schengen visa processing.

We trusted them to handle an important visa application accurately and professionally. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing.

If you are considering using this company, I strongly recommend checking every single document yourself, especially flight reservations, travel dates and other supporting documents, before they are submitted to the embassy.
