Visaonlinevietnam Anmeldelser

I had a very urgent Visa application and my Vietnamese friend in New Zealand put me in contact and they delivered prior to promised time. Now in Vietnam and happy to recommend them

It was a no brainer to walk off the plane in Hanoi, walk past the hundreds of people waiting to process through customs and to see a gentleman holding a sign with my name and to follow him through a private custom passageway. There was no line and it was immediate. Excellent service. Steven B

Excellent and fast service. Highly recommended.

We needed a visa processed urgently for travel the same day. The contact was so helpful, talked us through each stage carefully and gave us regular updates and reassurance. Our visas were processed in 6 hours and we were met at the airport and assisted through immigration. It was an expensive process but worth every penny as it would have cost more to rebook flights and hotels and was our own fault in first place for not checking entry requirements before we started traveling. I would absolutely recommend this service.

Due to silly mistake by mistyping passport number, my mom was refused to board the plane. Next plane was in 11 hours.
I contacted visaonlinevietnam by whatsapp and got reply quick. I was guided to submit all documents online and once it was done, I received visa during 6 hours.
Time was tight, but servise was great. Always online and reassuring that everything is under control.
Thank you for saving our holidays! :)

We had a great experience working with visa online Vietnam for our visa. It was our first time applying. The process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish. They were very responsive, professional, and guided us clearly through each step. Thanks to their support, everything was handled quickly and without any complications. Highly recommend their services!

I have been to Vietnam 15 times. For the past several years I have used Visaonlinevietnam. Fast and efficient and reasonable.
I purchase visas for friends and family members as well.
Excellent and prompt service.

Easy to access and convenient to upload basic information quickly.

Wow! These guys really delivered! I has not applied correctly for a Vietnam Visa and was in Kuala Lumpur. Texted these guys on a holiday (Lunar New Year) and they responed within 5 minutes, answered questions and we began the process for an expedited Visa. Sure enough, 24 hours later I had it, PDF version and everything needed. Plus, prior to receiving it they kept me informed of the process. Absolutely would use them again. Highly recommended for responding quickly and effectively and efficiently! I should add that this all occurred during the major Vietnam Holiday when virtually everything is closed.

I purchased an express visa while at the airport and on very limited time to catch my flight. After waiting sometime, they demanded more money. I refused and manage to find another company, almost missing my flight. They charged my credit card without my permission and I had to do a fraud dispute through my credit card to get my money back. Trust pilot removed my previous review because the company did not like it.

Please note the business response where, instead of offering to fix the problem, they THREATEN me for posting my review. This is the type of business they are. I do not owe them anything, but, as a courtesy, I'm forwarding the e-mail exchange in regard to the unauthorized credit card charge -- e-mails that they already had as they are with the company itself. The e-mails state they cannot give me the service for which I paid, emergency, & try to get me to pay for immediate service. I repeatedly say cancel and they still charged my card. I got my visa from another company for much less money.

Excellent service and quick visa supply.
Thank you.

Got charged 300 USD extra to get my visa on time. Friend who applied 2 days later got it on time without the extra charge. Avoid this service as there better ones that don't rip you off.

I need to correct my bad comment about this company as I applied for visa online and dodn't read carefully its viso on arrival. My big apologies for bad note previously.

Got my Visa on Arrival via visaonlinevietnam and it worked very well.
Have to share that I went to Vietnam a year ago and wasn't aware that I need to organize my visa prior to arrival. Was a nightmare and I almost got sent back. Ended up paying some runners at Ho Chih Minh Airport USD60 to get into the country and wasted 3+ hours at the airport!
This time I organized it online, paid my dues of USD18, got all the paperwork within a few days via email, arrived at the airport and had my visa in my passport in less than 10min. Immigration charges you another USD25 in cash on the spot for this.
Will us them again.
