Saying that their customer service is amazing is an understatement. When I had to cancel my booked appointment in the last moment, they assisted me in finding another appointment within days. The whole application process was so smooth that I literally didn’t have to do anything. At the VFS, all documents were in place. All I had to do was literally print out and submit. They guided me through every step of the way, even when I was stressing out when I didn’t get the confirmation mail. Thank you so much for your amazing service. I would recommend this company to everyone who is looking to apply for a Schengen visa.
