The all-metal cams decided it for me and I ordered a Cadet Aeromax from Virpil last year. It arrived a month later and the stick motion is indeed a delight but it's a new design and sometimes components fail - what's important to me then is the rectification process.
Despite this being a modestly priced entry-level product, I'm happy to report I've been getting high-end support from Virpil EU and Virpil UK; very fast response to messages, constant updates, flexible options to resolve and totally professional staff. What happened was my two stage trigger reverted to single stage; a small metal part fatigued, and although I always had the option of uplift-fix-return, being mechanically minded I asked for just the replacement part so I wouldn't be without the flightstick.
Mechanically, electronically and software wise, I still feel this stick is an outstanding bargain and I now know Virpil's support is outstanding too: I thoroughly recommend this company and their products, they are plainly committed to excellence in all regards.

The customerservice for this company is no other than excelente, 10/10. I made a mistake in ordering some parts, and the mistake was fixed whitin hours.
Virpil will be my prefered dealer of flightgear, always.

I just want say I was a little skeptical of the wait times on getting my Warbird base. Now that I have it I couldn’t be more satisfied with it. It was worth the wait. I installed a Thrustmaster Viper grip on it without any problems. I also disassembled the base to install slightly heavier springs. The machine work on the parts of entire mechanism inside the housing are outstanding. I’m a machinist with 48 years of experience and was really impressed with the fact that those parts are all metal. This grip and base is by far the best I’ve ever used in my 30 years of flightsim/gaming. This grip and base replaced a VKB Gunfighter. I also want to give kudos to the customer service people at Virpil, they were great! I really don’t see how this product could be any better other than reducing the overall height by about an inch.

I have used Virpil products for 8 years and they are hands down the best. Not only that the customer support is top tier as well. Keep up the good work.

I ordered their rudder pedals and controls panel. Took a little more than 2 months to receive the items, which in my opinion, is completely reasonable when considering what you get. The rudder are really sturdy and are unlike many other consumer products. These are really built to last. Controls panel is currently in transit.

Few points of improvement:
1) no user manual supplied. Was a bit disorienting at first. A qr-code on the order confirmation sheet for example, with link to relevant manual+software download would have been sufficient.
2) linux support for software?

I made an order and contacted them to either cancel it or change it to another product. The customer service reached out the next day to understand my issue and helped me to correct the order. Their replies were fast and to the point.

Got a defect cable that needed replacement, just took a short time to talk to the suport and got a replacement shipt. Good fast help.

Excellent response from the support team. I was enquiring about a due date on an order and the response was within an hour of me sending the request. Excellent.

The customer service was great in my case, responded quickly and clearly, I was able to alter my order in less than 24 hours. On the other hand, it may not be uncommon for orders to take several months to be shipped due to backorders.

Incredible custormer support. Six years ago I bought two virpil joystics. The usd cables got old and I wanted to replace them. I contacted them and in a matter of two days (during the weekend) They nicely responded that will send to me two replacements with the proper pins to attach them to the motherboard of the base.

Everything about Virpil is superb. It's well known that their product quality is unmatched, but their customer support is excellent as well. I Interacted with their support team because I broke the main PCB on my Warbrd base. I submitted a support ticket, and they contacted me the same day and requested pictures which I provided. They told me due to the nature of the damage, it wasn't under warranty, but they shipped me a replacement PCB for a very low price ($32). The other thing that is incredible is the design of their products. All you need to do is remove 4 screws and unplug the main circuit board to replace it, very easy repair. Virpil is fantastic and I highly recommend their products for anyone build a flight simulator. You can rest well knowing the support team will help you should the worst happen with your product.
