The trip experience was seamless at Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic. The information provided in advance was helpful to understand what was included. (No unwanted surprises)
A couple of things that could be helpful.
First, transportation to/from airport as an optional fee would be great.
Second, the VIP experience has a separate area of checkin from the main resort lobby. We didn’t know that and had to move our luggage (with wonderful assistance).

The Maldives was a destination that had been on my bucket list for a while and seemed like a far off dream. VIP Traveler made the dream a reality! It was a great deal and loved that everything including the seaplane was coordinated for us. We had a memorable experience at The Standard, Maldives and would love to be able to visit again in the future.

VIP Traveler was fantastic, easy and great customer service. They offer exactly what the deal shows (no hidden fees or surprises) and the service was great.

VIP Traveler made our vacation so easy. This was our first time traveling overseas. Understandably, we were a bit nervous as this was also our first time using VIP Traveler. Customer service was wonderful. I emailed them a few times because I was getting cold feet. They gave me a couple different options and reassured. I ended up not changing anything partially because of how they eager they were to help me. We got an amazing deal through them and they set up everything!! There was someone waiting for us once we landed and took us through the airport and showed us right where to wait for our next transportation to the hotel. They got our luggage and took us to a nice lounge to snack while we waited. We did not have to think about anything. It was priceless. We can't wait to use them again and have recommended them to so many people already.

Great experience. The hotel was amazing, the food and service there was great! We had our own personal attendant who arranged anything we needed. Everything in the package was as promised. This was probably the best vacation I've ever been on.

Traveling with VIP Traveler to the Maldives made everything so simple and efficient. The communication was great and everything was organized for you. They set up the seaplane to the resort which was included in the cost. We truly had VIP treatment at the hotel, we literally had access to everything including the speciality restaurants, and there were so many great perks that we received. The Resort was incredible, the people were so kind and hospitable and obviously it was stunning! This by far has been my favourite trip to date and I plan to use them in the future for big trips. It just makes sense!

Went to the Maldives at the Radisson Blu hotel. VIP traveler was very responsive. They offer an amazing package at an amazing price. The trip was a dream come true and the most relaxing vacation my husband and I ever been on. It was truly beautiful.

Bali the first week of Nov was amazing. The weather was perfect - not too hot, not too humid and only had rain sprinkles one day for a short period of time. The Kempinski VIP Traveler experience was amazing. You’re immediately whisked off to a private check in area separate from everyone else and given a tour. The club floor was great because we didn’t see any children up there the entire time of our stay, so it made it feel more adults only. The international buffet in the morning was so good and the other dining experiences were exceptional. Our favorites were the Bai Yun Hot Pot and Koral. The spa was also beautiful and relaxing. The villa was well equipped, had a great view, an awesome Toto toilet with the works and a private plunge pool. My only complaints about the Kempinski were the occasionally long wait times at the elevators and the beach wasn’t my favorite. The next resort we stayed at was Padma Ubud and the service there was exceptional. They always addressed us by name and remembered our drink orders. They left birthday cake with happy birthday cards in our room one day and even sent get well flowers to my room one day when I wasn’t feeling 100%. The club area with the cocktail hour with the jungle views were amazing. We did a few private dinners including the floating breakfast and the bamboo nest that were so amazingly over the top and exceptional. The Infiniti edge pool at Padma was cool, but there is only one pool that is shared with everyone and the hot tub wasn’t working two days of our trip. I would love for them to add a separate adults only or club level pool somewhere else on the property. Our VIP Traveler package included drivers 2 days, but we ended up adding more days with a private driver on our own because we wanted to see more of the island without having to drive a motorbike on those sketchy roads by ourselves which worked out well. My only suggestion for improvement for VIP Traveler would be to improve the pre-travel and confirmation process. The travel confirmation I received was confusing and didn’t have the dates/hotel confirmations separated for each hotel. I also had to reach out to them a week before our trip with our flight details for the transfers because nobody had reached out to us to coordinate that. The service and stays were so exceptional though during the actual trip that I am willing to overlook these minor backhand technical issues, but hope they improve on this for the future. I would book with VIP Traveler again.

Wow, VIP Travel did not disappoint. Their package for the Maldives was spectacular. They call trips like this once in a lifetime, but because of VIP Travel's great deals, I want to do a trip like this again sooner rather than later. The inclusion of food, experiences, and other accommodations made this experience truly unforgettable.

My experience to Bali was amazing. The deal was unbelievable. Saved thousands of dollars in total cost cuz of the Bali package. They were very quick in responding to my emails and gave me the contact info of all the people from the hotels following up to the drivers picking us up to all the excursions that we did that were included in the package. The 4 seasons hotel were already familiar with what our package included from VIP traveler. Communication was excellent and overall experience was incredible. I would do it again ASAP.

VIP was terrific from start to finish. Very responsive, especially for an internet travel company. The resort they featured was perfect and made sure we were able to take advantage of all the perks that VIP negotiated. The dolphin cruise was a highlight.

Shawn was great he was able to answer all my questions, he helped me book the dates for my trip and when Covid hit and cancelled all our flights he was very helpful in rescheduling our trip! I would highly recommend VIP Traveler!

Ease of booking, accommodations were incredible.

My husband and I booked our honeymoon to the Maldives and thought this package was too good to be true. Once we booked our trip, the resort contacted us for instructions on pickup and transfer to the resort. When we arrived at the airport, someone was waiting for us to pick us up, took our bags, and had us checked in for the seaplane transfer. When we arrived to the resort, we were checked in quickly, offered a welcome plate with fruit and drinks. They also brought our bags to our bungalow. My husband and I were so impressed with the organization and coordination of the resort. We were also assigned a staff member from the resort who was our main contact and made reservations for excursions and restaurants for us. All the food is included, all the beverages are included, and all the mentioned excursions are included. Also, because it was our honeymoon, they offered us a breakfast in bed and also left us sweets, champagne, and a hot tub with petals ready for us throughout the trip! It was so nice to have these little surprises.

We truly thought it was too good to be true, but Sun Siyam came out to be an amazing resort with many amenities. Would highly recommend
