We had a great experience with VIP traveler from start to finish. Everything was as expected and the resort staff was aware of all the extra perks included with the package which made it easy to book everything. We met a few other couples that were also there from VIP traveler and no one had any complaints! We are hoping to book with VIP traveler again, as we are loving these exotic and beautiful trip packages.

We booked an all inclusive trip to the Maldives through VIP Traveler and we could not have been happier with our experience! Very smooth process from start to finish. They were responsive when I had questions. The price we got was about 1/2 what we would have paid if we booked on our own. We had the best trip! Highly recommend VIP Traveler!!

It had been amazing to work with VIP Travelers, easy accommodations from airports pick up to in between transportation. Their partners in Bali are great to work with as well!

Very responsive and courtesy personnel. They have some of the best, most reasonably priced packages, with options. Looking forward to using them again in the future.

I don't usually trust travel agencies I see on socal media. But I did a little research, and after a while I decided to give it a try. And I'm glad I did!
Everything they said they would offer on our trip we got.
What set them apart from the rest were the "extras" that came with booking my particular resort.
Other places were offering the resort for about the same price, but didn't offer anything extra.
I had a couple conversations with my trip specialist before I purchased and he was very pleasant and understanding.
I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The VIP Traveler team was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of our honeymoon package in teh Maldives, from initial booking, to upgrading our AI package at the resort the week before we left, to addressing a small issue where we were put in the wrong villa type lightning fast. We honestly wouldn't have been able to swing this trip at full sticker price, let alone all the extra inclusions like the floating breakfast and massage. We couldn't recommend VIP Traveler enough, and are so grateful we decided to book with the company for our dream honeymoon.

We used the Bali Four Seasons package and it far exceeded our expectations. We loved our stay at the 2 hotels and all the add ons came with the package were smoothly arranged. We especially enjoyed the private cooking class and the massages. Highly recommended!

VIP Travel made our whole trip experience absolutely seamless. From booking to having a representative in the Maldives meet us and ensure we got to our next destination. Everything was simple and easy.

We used VIP traveler for a trip to Bali, staying at The Four Seasons in Jimbaran Bay and Sayan. From the person who met us in the airport on arrival to the person who escorted us back to the airport when we left, everything was perfect. VIP provided a driver in a very comfortable vehicle at each resort for one day of sightseeing anywhere we wanted to go. Our driver, Robbie at both resorts, was amazing. Very informative on the culture of Bali and the island history. VIP also provided a couples spa treatment at each resort which was amazing and a dinner at Koral which not only has amazing ambiance (surrounded by a giant aquarium) but incredible food. From upfront planning to our departure everything provided by VIP Travelers was perfect. Every driver for transfers was on time or early. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again for a trip to Italy.

We booked the SO Maldives for our honeymoon. VIP traveler made the reservation with ease. It was 5 star treatment from arrival at the airport with the staff meeting us at the gate. Friendly staff and our concierge made our stay so special. The facilities were immaculate and the food was delicious. The over the water villa was breathtaking. Both VIP Traveler and SO Maldives are top tier. We will definitely book through VIP Traveler again.

First time using VIP Traveler, and will not be last! From start to finish it was VIP level of service. We booked our honeymoon a year in advance and had no problem shuffling dates around a few times. As the trip neared, the group was on top of scheduling all the extras like massages and personal drivers. The resort was exactly as advertised and the value for the price was exceptional. What a great find in this company!

We purchased a package through VIP Traveler for the Maldives and the trip was epic! The resort was fabulous and the activities included in our package left us feeling like we'd had experienced the best of the Maldives. The trip was well organized and seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend VIP Traveler's travel packages.

Everything was great. Form beginning to end, the process of booking was easy. At the resort we had the best service and everyone at the front desk knew about VIP Traveler. We loved it and wouldn't travel any other way unless it's through VIP Traveler.

The Bali trip with the Apurva Kempinski and Padma Ubud resorts was outstanding. The Kempinski resort was beautifully designed with traditional Balinese architecture in the lobby areas which highlighted the facility. We stayed in an ocean front cliffside suite which was large and roomy with a personal plunge pool. Having club level access and amenities made the stay an oasis -- separate breakfast dining area and two hour Happy Hour each evening with free cocktails. The private one-day driver was great, but to reach most of the sights took 1-2 hours, so you need to plan carefully on outside excursions.
The Padma Ubud resort was definitely more for relaxation in the mountains. There is a wonderful pool for relaxation, and the food was great. Would have desired another 24 hours here since one day was spent sightseeing.
A massage was available at both resorts as part of the package and it was well done at both facilities.

I’m someone that typically asks a lot of logistical questions when it comes to big trips, so I am thankful for the way that VIP Traveler anticipates all of this and provides clear and thorough answers to all these questions during the booking process. We had a great time the resort and staff were great. They welcomed us promptly. The resort was clean and smelled of mint and eucalyptus, food and drinks were good, the VIP packages was as noted, the butler was very accomdating and communicated frequent, not a high party place but party enough with activities all day, and the spa was lovely. We had a great time and would definitely go again and use VIP again.

As we settle in at home and reflect on our Bali trip, I have come to realize that everything VIP Traveler promised was exactly as they said it would be. Not once did we need to argue or even ask for anything they stated we would receive. They delivered everything they said they would. We will certainly travel with VIP Traveler again.

We used VIP Traveler for the experience of a lifetime in Thailand. We'd been wanting to go to Asia for a while but weren't ready to pull the trigger until we saw this experience. We had high expectations, and this greatly surpassed ALL of them.
Our hotel in Bangkok was 137 Pillar. We were treated like absolute royalty when we walked into the hotel. Without asking, we were upgraded to the top floor in a humongous suite with a 270-degree view of the city-it was extraordinary! The hotel had a full breakfast menu in an upscale restaurant every day, which was included in our package. There was a rooftop infinity pool that we were the only ones using with a full city view, and when we went to the bar, people were enthusiastic about helping us with where to eat and activities to do in the city.
We were given rides between all hotels and airports, and all transfers were seamless. We always had private transfers, and flights were made when requested.
The next stop was The Shore at Katathani in Phuket. I knew this was a beautiful place but had no idea we would be at a hotel that rivaled the one we stayed at in Bora Bora, and it was just as beautiful. Our room was sea-facing with a private plunge pool that included a free meal in the room that included steak and tuna, a tapas lunch in the room, and a floating afternoon tea. The pool at the room and all over the resort were PERFECT and pristine. We woke up in the am, sat up and were looking at the sea.
We got free drinks and more free meals than we could eat. There were tons of restaurants to choose from, and all of them had fabulous choices and delicious meals. The service here was also absolutely perfect. Our package included an amazing day on the Phi Phi islands, and it was a day we will never forget.
I'm super type A, so I did have questions before the trip, and I always got an email back right away, and my questions were always answered. They surpassed all expectations, and I cannot wait to take time off work to travel with them again. This was indeed the trip of a lifetime. If you saw this company on a scroll and weren't sure-you can be POSITIVE if it's Thailand, you will never want to leave. The VIP experience was the best I've had with a travel company by far.
