Excellent customer service. The VIP traveler customer service representatives were always so quick to respond when I needed help. The trip to the Maldives was incredible. Highly recommended

Everything was exactly as advertised - the resort was perfect, the restaurants included in the package were all great quality, diverse ambience and locations. The massage included in the package was incredible and the equivalent of a $350 massage. The checkout process was the easiest part - just paying for the tips I left during our stay - that’s all!

My husband and I wanted to escape for our five year anniversary. He did some research and found VIP Traveler. What an experience we had. From the planning, to traveling, to enjoying our trip. It was seamless. We ventured to the Maldives, which from Boston was a lot of travel. VIP Traveler made it a stress free experience. It was the trip of a lifetime and we look forward to the next trip we can go on through them.

I loved the Padma resort in Ubud. The spa service was fantastic. The Japanese restaurant was excellent. I loved the beautiful pool. The included privates driver was excellent and spent a wonderful day going to waterfalls and temples around Ubud.
The Kempinski resort beach was not good. You could not swim in the ocean at the resort. The voucher system for food at the restaurants felt uncomfortable to use. When using the vouchers for dinner, it did not include any drinks. I understand having to pay for soft drinks or alcoholic beverages, but water/tea was not included and also had to be paid for. The service staff was wonderful but the Kempinski felt a little pretentious to me. I would not go back to that resort.

Awesome trip to Maldives Iru Veli Island through Sun Siyam. VIP Traveler was very clear in the entire process and it was a breathtaking vacation with our over the water villa. We went on this trip in November and I have no doubt VIP Traveler has vetted any other resort company they advertise so that their clients have a 5 STAR vacation experience. Like many of the readers, I vetted VIP Traveler and I thought the very competitive price was too good to be true and I was pleasantly surprised with the value of our trip. We are already planning on another trip. STRONGLY suggest extending trip to Singapore for a few days or Tokyo since the flight travel is so far and expensive. We LOVED Singapore for the 4 days we spent there. Go there first and then RELAX in Maldives.

The package you offered was delivered, congratulations on the tips, the service really is premium, from the transfer to the hotel, to the personalized service by GIM, which adds to the gastronomic experience and the beauty of the place.
The village on the water, the diving, the restaurants, the beach, the breakfast in the room and the massage were exceptional.

A magical Maldives oasis. The Trip was a dream. Rooms were overwater bungalow-style and the island was magnificent. Service from VIP Traveler was strong as we had to switch our dates and they made that seamless. The food was all inclusive, but nothing to write home about. Through VIP Traveler we got the breakfast in the pool. The beaches, sunsets, and pretty much everything was perfect.

Excellent experience before & after booking. Customer service was always responsive to our inquiries. On arrival, everything was as advertised/represented & every bit as luxurious!! We will definitely use VIP for future trips!

We went to Casa De Campo in the DR through VIP Traveler. It’s was an amazing trip and VIP told us everything we needed to do to prepare. We changed our dates several times before settling and VIP took care of everything. We were upgraded to the Premiere Club at the resort. We will use VIP to travel again!

Booking was very simple and communication between myself and customer service was clear and easy. The location was incredible and all the upgrades were just icing on the cake. Highly recommend traveling with VIP again!

Using VIP traveler was really easy. Not only did they have great deals with many inclusions, but they plan it all for you. We have used them twice and it won’t be the last time. It’s incredible how many things they pack into their vacation packages. It really makes it an experience. We went to Bali and the Maldives and both times we felt imposter syndrome like we were celebrities or something. The amenities the hotels offer as well as the extras they include like fancy dinners, floating breakfasts, spa days, or cooking classes really puts it over the top. We really enjoyed having a private driver while we were in Bali, we could explore, see, and experience all Bali had to offer without the stress of needing to figure out transportation. They really do think of it all when it comes to affordable luxury vacations. I highly recommend using them for your next vacation.

The first hotel was excellent. Parma was too far out of the way. Had huge storm so could not walk the grounds. For honey mooner would be ok. 2 singles, boring. Wish Parma was first as we got spoiled at kempski

Great trip, great accommodations, well planned out.

Where do I start? So I ran into a Maldives deal promoted on Instagram and the cost with the multiple added perks seemed too good to be true, having checked several luxury resorts online prior. I took a leap of faith and made my reservation via VIP Traveler and I dare say this has been my best travel decision of 2024 so far. From the booking process, to the constant check ups from the team before arrival, to the exclusive VIP transfer to my resort via private speedboat, to the excellent and timely communication skills in between, everything was exactly as ordered and exceeded expectations even. I'll most definitely be subscribing to their VIP yearly package and encourage everyone looking to book with them not to hesitate. Getting to the resort and comparing prices, I would have spent over triple of the amount paid via VIP Traveler. The company is legit and true to their word.

They did a great job with communication and answering any questions or concerns that I had.

The trip was exactly what was promised. Actually, it exceeded our expactations.

And when there was a problem with a double payment we made, the team was helpful, kind and efficient!

This was an amazing trip!! Very long flight though. Maldives is unbelievable!!!! Make the trip at least once!!

I always wanted to go to the Maldives but the planning part of it can be truly painful, especially because I'm from Canada - that is a LONG trip to get to the Maldives in the first place. When I paid for the trip in the spring, I thought we could just pick a date and go but these dates do fill up rather quickly. When I knew I would be travelling to Dubai in November, I messaged VIP Traveler to help me book the dates within the time frame of my Dubai trip. They were not able to get me a Sunset room as they were booked up and I was stressing out the whole week. They messaged the resort on my behalf and we compromised for a Sunrise room. Someone checked in on me right before my trip and when I arrived at the airport, the resort already got my name and flight details (confirmed by VIP Traveler prior). To my surprise, the hotel was able to get us a Sunset room so it was the best outcome but I do appreciate VIP Traveler initiating that compromise to get us the dates that work for me. I vlogged the trip and would be happy to use the service again :)
