This company is definitely a scam. I ordered an advent calendar. They had me “follow” its shipping for six weeks to get to where I am in Canada. It did not arrive, although it said that it had. I have contacted the company and they are saying “they are checking with logistics”. I have repeatedly messaged them and have not heard from them in three weeks. This company is a scam. Do not order from them.

VIPsshops is an appalling www trading site.
Like so many, it advertises better quality goods than it sells. It the refuses all refund requests and should be banned from www trading. Youtube is by far the worse for allowing these rakes. Avoid buying anything advertising on YouTube.

Die ware ist nie angekommen und nicht mal das Geld zurück. Hab ständig hin und her geschrieben und die können sehr nett einem Honig im maul schmieren. Die wissen nicht mal was für ein Dienstleister hier in Deutschland, die Ware verteilen. Tracking Nummer war da. Hat sogar angezeigt das es angekommen ist, aber leider nicht bei mir... richtige Betrüger Bande. Hoffentlich werden sie bald erfasst.

Absolutely fake !!!!! Rip off !!!! What an idiot for not checking the reviews first !!!!! They won’t even answer a email to send back , I’m going to get in touch with consumer protection!!!! DO NOT BUY !!!!!

Stunning clothes are pictured on the website. The reality is very different: cheap material, with patterns printed on. When a refund is requested, a discount is offered on next purchase - first 20%, then 30% or 40%. They will not refund your money, their excuse being that items have to be returned to China. Fortunately, I bought via PayPal and because the item described was totally different from the item sent, my money was refunded immediately. This website is deliberately deceiving people and should be banned.

Shirt seems poor quality. The fit was off and when I wanted to return it they said it had to be returned to China at high cost! Avoid avoid.

The blouse is received was nothing like what i ordered - it was just cheap material with a photograph pattern - it's gone straight in the bin !

Dass diese Betrüger ungestraft weiter machen können ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Warum wird nichts dagegen unternommen??? Finger weg - allen anderen: Anzeige erstellen!

Ein Stern ist noch zuviel. Die Ware entspricht in keinem (von drei Fällen) den Produktfotos. Es handelt sich um billigste Stoffqualität auf der die auf den Fotos abgebildeten Strick-Muster in miserabler Qualität aufgedruckt sind. Rückgabe nur auf "Gut Glück" und gegen hohe Versandkosten möglich. Keine Gutschrift - lediglich ein Gutschein für weitere schlechte Ware wird angeboten.

Shirts nothing like pictures on website, blurred printing and dishcloth matierial.

TOTAL FRAUD BUYER BEWARE. Did not attempt to send any products, but sent copy & paste courier movements in the hope something will show up. Received fake updates for nothing to be sent after 6 weeks. Ripped off $140. If I could find them it would be the last time they sold anything ever.

Site frauduleux qui utilise l'IA pour vendre de la poudre aux yeux. Ce que l'on reçoit ce sont des vêtements de très mauvaise qualité (pull sweet polyester) imprimé motif tricot. Alors que le descriptif indique "tricoté". C'est donc du mensonge de A à Z. En plus cela engendre un désastre écologique car je vous assure que vous n'aurez pas envie de les porter, c'est donc direction poubelle puisque qu'ils ne répondent pas au mail demandant le retour !

I ORDERED A VIKING SHIRT AND GOT A PLASTIC SHIRT WITH A PHOTO OF A TREE, NO EMBROIDERY, A LIE. A COMPLETE DISGUSTING CHEAP TRICK, MADE IN FULL KNOWLEDGE GIVEN BY THE OTHER REVIEWS. THEY REFUSED A FULL REFUND (because I wanted my postage back) THIS IS SERIOUS CONSUMER FRAUD. IWILL NOW CONTACT THE POLICE AND SHOW THEM

I wouldn't even give it one star. The products sold from this company are misrepresented and junk. The material is cheap synthetic. No reasonable refund if any at all. DO NOT purchase anything from this vendor as what is described is NOT what you will recieve. Do not waste your money !!
