What a lovely lady delivered my kitten to me from greater london to bradford kept me in the loop all the way looked after the kitten as if he was her own would definitely use her again and would tell my family and friends and anyone else to use her aswell

We moved house 180 miles away and Esther transported our 2 cats for us. She made our cats very comfortable, she is very knowlegable. Plus there was no problems, she collected them from a cattery, letting us know by text she had collected them, and during the journey she kept us updated putting our minds at rest along the way. It took about 5 hours. I would strongly recommend as she made a stressful time less stressful for us.

Esther transported my two senior cats from Sussex to Somerset. The communication was fantastic from start to finish.

The boys are like children to me, one is deaf and the other is a little wobbly! I needed to know they were safe and cared for - there was no need to worry, they were collected on time, a message was sent to me mid journey and a call once they were delivered to the Cattery in Somerset. It felt personal and completely tailored to mine and their needs.

Esther is very knowledgeable and supportive. We were moving house to the Isle of Wight and the moving date changed 5 times. Esther was calm and accommodating.I just knew our 4 cats would be in safe capable hands, and they were. I can't fault her or the service she provided.

We were let down by a pet transporter at the last minute . I contacted Esther who stepped straight into the breach to help us . The move of our 7 cats could not have gone more smoothly with Esther continually keeping us updated re the voyage . The van was excellent much better than the van used by another transporter for our previous move . I just can not praise Esther and her team enough . Look nowhere else for pet transport.

Esther transporter our beautiful dachshund puppy from Oxford to Scotland, she couldn't have taken better care of him and he had a wonderful start to his new home.

Set up over a weekend in emergency - great communication - friendly - got exactly what expected a spacious comfortable environment - reassuring call day before and tips for getting our cat ready - contact during journey. And a happy cat on arrival!

Makes the whole transport issue a non issue. Communication was excellent, both leading up to the trip and on the day. My cats settled right into their new home, and seemed relaxed and happy on arrival. I will definitely use Esther again in the future.

Esther was fantastic!

We moved 350 miles from London to Berwick-Upon-Tweed with our 2 cats. I was nervous as both cats had been strays and they didn't travel well with us in the car.

Esther gave us brilliant advice about the move and her service was seamless from pick-up to drop-off, the cats arrived happy and have quickly settled in to their new life.

Esther was really helpful about organising transport for Merlin my cat and me from Devon to the Midlands. Esther's communication before the journey was clear, comprehensive and reassuring. She is very experienced at her work, and understands the value of talking through all the factors needed to make transporting a pet go well. The van we travelled in was set up very cleverly to make it easy to get Merlin in, and he was able to have a comfortable journey and be looked after well. I would definitely recommend Esther to anyone who needs transport for their pet

I can’t recommend Esther and her VIP Pet Travel service enough. I have used her services 3 times now, twice for a puppy, and once for my parrot. Extremely helpful, kind, professional and very supportive throughout. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about your beloved pet and ensures their wellbeing and comfort is top priority, you’ve come to the right place! Highly recommended.

Esther made everything so easy. We made a last minute decision to get another puppy from our previous breeders but couldn’t make the long nearly 8 hour round trip. Esther was really accommodating, all communication put me at ease. You can tell Esther really cares about all animals and really makes them feel like VIPs. Once arrived Esther made the first meeting really easy for the doggos (and us). The van is such a good set up. I would recommend this service to anyone. I didn’t feel guilty about not picking up pupster myself.

We had a big move from Bedfordshire to Yorkshire, and were concerned about best way to transport our mature cat, and ensure his safety and well-being whilst the movers moved us out and then into our new home. Esther was great and very good at updating us, and providing some practical help and advice. For the actual transport, our VIP had lots of room to move about, and on arrival she came in with him and helped settle him. Super service, and so glad that we decided to bite the bullet and go with that option. Better for the stress levels of humans and cat alike, and 2 days later, he seems really well settled.

What an amazing human being Esther is, she completely took away all the stress of moving me and my 2 dogs. Very easy going, was a pleasure to be in her company, I would highly recommend her for any road trips you may need.

Excellent company really look after your beloved pet whilst on their journey. Really friendly and are compassionate with what they do. They keep you updated whilst on their journey too. I highly recommend this company to all.
