Eric has guided me through buying two amazing bags!!!! My first was an LV that exceeded my expectations, my second a CN that I just received today and it felt like Christmas morning opening the box!!! Speed, care, efficiency and quality customer service
I had ordered a Chanel bag and a Prada wallet from a competitor 26 days ago, and I have yet to receive them. I ordered a Chanel necklace from Crozus and I received it 9 days later! And the packaging was fantastic. Customer service was great. Just an overall positive experience, will definitely order from them again

David is always on top of the latest products in the brands I'm buying. I have worked with him for the last year. LV for my 16-year-old granddaughter & CN for me. I buy the TTO for myself. Quality is excellent. It’s also fun to see some bags before they hit the website. I do recommend the brand.

I can’t say enough about this website and Azura with her customer service and going above and beyond.
