Excellent quality and value
Excellent quality, customer service and value! I’m a repeat customer and every time the quality of the bags, jewelry and shoes I ordered has been excellent, complete with packaging, and dust bags. Customer service has been excellent - when I asked for a status of one of the items in my partially/delivered order, the Crozus representative got in touch with me immediately and kept me updated. Delivery has been fast and secure. Great service and great products!

Miu Miu hat for the win!
The Miu Miu hat I received from Fasbags is amazing! At the beginning I was concerned because the Chanel Hat I ordered, I was told was out of Stock, but they let me pick another, which was actually a bit more and without hesitation sent me the Mui Miu. I am obsessed with the hat!

Fraudulent. Do not waste your money …
My bag was guaranteed to have shipped several times over an almost one month span. Azura is the representative I have dealt with and they cannot provide accurate shipping information, instead going back and forth between a tracking number from Dubai and one from Hong Kong. When they were called out with screen shot documentation, they offered a refund if the product was not shipped. Needless to say it has not shipped in almost 30 days, and they are now refusing to issue a refund. I have reported them to my credit card processing company for fraud.
Edit: they responded that they have contacted me and they absolutely HAVE NOT. I have received no emails attempting to make this right or anything else.

Eric and David were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly helpful with my selection of merchandise, my bags, and tracking details.
