You need to upgrade your delivery…

You need to upgrade your delivery carrier. Viome package left McKinney, TX 4/15 bound for Houston, TX via DHL then USPS. Delivery shows I will receive package in Houston on 4/22. Really! I am out of vitamins and delivery 250 miles away takes 7 days. Not acceptable. These vitamins and supplements are expensive and you are trying to save a nickel on the delivery. Very poor business practice.

We saw your previous review and want to sincerely acknowledge your concerns about the timing, lack of response to your hold request, and confusion around personalization.

We understand why receiving a shipping notification within 36 hours may have felt unexpected given the “personalized” nature of the product. To clarify, your formula is still personalized based on your test results and recommendations.

The faster production time for biotics products is because they use fewer ingredients than the supplement capsule formulas, and those ingredients are more readily available. This allows us to manufacture your custom biotic blends much faster while still tailoring them specifically to your results and needs.

That said, we hear your feedback on communication and expectations, and our team is working to improve updates and visibility during the manufacturing process.

Extended time from Order to shipping and limited updates for two weeks after order

It just took a really long time from order to any update and then actual shipping. I also revised my rating to a 3 instead of 2. That was a little harsh. The product is great and customer service is also very responsive.

I love all the details

I love all the details, such as food suggestions, the probiotics, fiber, vitamins, and oral hygiene with probiotic, the Personalization and updates on when products are being processed and on the way for delivery, food suggestions, ability to ask question with AI and customer service, and teaching videos recipes. Unfortunately a lot of the live session teaching is when I’m at work, however you have a nice video section. So great. My only wish is the blood test part was easier somehow. Luckily I have a daughter who is in a type of nursing field who doesn’t mind helping me do the blood test part. Besides that Great job team . ❤️

I find the powder hard to mix and it doesn’t taste so good
I continue to have gut issues so I have not noticed anything too different I have to cut the packets , hard to open. A capsule would be easier

We’d like to clarify that our probiotics are intentionally provided in powder form because they are freeze-dried to protect the organisms, and mixing them with water reactivates them before you take them, which helps ensure they are alive before coming into contact with stomach acids and gives them a better chance of survival. A capsule may seem easier, but it removes this important reactivation step, which is why we do not offer that format. For easier use, gently tapping the packet to settle the powder before opening and mixing it thoroughly in a small amount of water first can help with both texture and taste. I was not prepared to wait so long for my first order of products. I either missed that info or it is not provided up front. Other than that, I’m very pleased with the nutrition information & other educational information provided.
