Still waiting for replacement... shockingly bad customer service!!
I ordered the item on 8th July as a birthday present for my girlfriend on 15th July. When I had not received it by 12th I checked the tracking only to find out it had been delivered to somewhere near Greater Manchester and not where I live in Southern England.
I contacted them by email as it was the only way of communicating, explaining the situation, only to get a reply to say that it had been delivered to the correct address and that I should check with my neighbours.
I then screen shot the tracking showing the actual delivery area and sent back to them. I did not get a reply till the following day stating they would send another out to me which if they had believed me the day before I could have possibly received on my girlfriends birthday.
I emailed on 14th asking when I could expect to receive the replacement and could I have the tracking details, but as of 16th July I have heard nothing from them.
Their customer service is shocking and the saying that the customer is always right clearly doesn't matter to them as they didn't believe me when I said I hadn't received the item.
I won't ever buy from here again and I will encourage others not to either.
If I could give 0 stars I would!

Finally received the replacement today, unfortunately a week late for when I needed it for.

We are very sorry for the hassle that occurred with this order. Steven didn't get the level of service we aim for or normally achieve.
The original order was shipped on time and to the correct address. Unfortunately the Shopify app displayed a different delivery address to the one supplied.
Even though Royal Mail's website showed this as delivered to the correct address we sent another free of charge.
Again the replacement appeared to show as delivered to the wrong address on the Shopify app.
We managed to get GPS delivery confirmation from Royal Mail that again it got delivered to the correct address and this time it finally turned up. Oddly after the stated delivery time and date.
This was not a case of believing the given information. It was a case we were chasing this up with Royal Mail to try and get the original print delivered on time. When this was unsuccessful we happily sent another. There would have been little point sending another if it was somehow going to the wrong address on the other side of the country.
On this occasion we can only apologise for our website partner for giving the wrong information on the app and our delivery partner Royal Mail, for losing the first print.
It would seem to be that one in thousands of orders where there were several points of failure out of your control and we could not resolve them in a satisfactory way.
