Vintage Wholesale Spain has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They’ve made multiple mistakes, ignored our attempts to resolve the issue, and left us stuck with nothing but frustration. After multiple issues with missing items, they decided to issue a gift card instead of a proper refund, without even consulting us.
Stay away from this company if you expect any sort of reliable service or fair treatment.

Tras revisar nuestros registros, no nos aparece ninguna compra registrada a tu nombre ni ningún pedido que coincida con la descripción que nos indicas. Por este motivo, creemos que es muy probable que hayas realizado la compra con otra empresa.
Además, queremos aclararte que nosotros no vendemos “sacos”, y todas nuestras categorías están claramente especificadas en la web. Si vendemos pantalones, están correctamente etiquetados como tal, por lo que es imposible recibir un producto diferente al que se ha pedido.
Por otro lado, es importante tener en cuenta que somos los pioneros en la venta de ropa vintage al por mayor en España, y la única empresa del sector con perfil verificado en Google Maps.
Recibimos a menudo mensajes de clientes confundidos que, tras una mala experiencia con otra tienda, creen erróneamente que han comprado con nosotros.

Absolut Fatal und Mangelhaft!
Beim besten Willen lasst es!
Habe vor knapp einem Monat für einen hohen 4 stelligen Betrag Klamotten bestellt.
Nach ersten Lieferverzögerungen kamen die Klamotten schlussendlich an.
Zunächst hat die Hälfte gefehlt, der gute Luis auf Whatsapp sagte mir jedoch ich sei ein Scammer und würde ihn betrügen wollen.
Zudem war die Qualität absolute Unterklasse.
Gehe jetzt rechtlich gegen diese Firma vor.
Hört auf die anderen Bewertungen und bestellt hier nicht.
Retouren wollten diese auch nicht annehmen, obwohl auf ihrer Website so geschrieben.

Good but selection can be better
I had a significant order from them. Some are items ate in good condition others not so much. I found some dscrepancies in terms of brand authenticity. Contacted customer service, provided pictures and they offered a partial refund. There are some improvements to be done in the sorting process to ensure the clothes are in good condition according to the A or B category. Overall good experience but there is room for improvement.

Zamówiłam w tej hurtowni swetry 100% kaszmir. Miały się nadawać do dalszej odsprzedaży. Nie nadawały się. Wszystkie były podarte, poplamione a część to w ogóle nie był kaszmir. Do tego miało być 25kg było 21kg. Oczywiście nikt nie odpowiada na moje maile, wiadomości na ig, czy WhatsApp. Dla mnie zwykli złodzieje, nie polecam. A i wiadomości o nękaniu i wymyślaniu recenzji są po prostu śmieszne. Mielibyście chociaż trochę godności żeby nie okradać ludzi.

Corrigiendo la situación y recuperando la confianza

Después de una mejora significativa en la comunicación por parte de la empresa, pude recibir mi reembolso rápidamente. Aprecio mucho su respuesta y espero que se resuelva un último detalle pendiente. Me alegra ver que, a pesar de los inconvenientes previos, aún es posible encontrar soluciones rápidas y efectivas.
Después de ver la respuesta de Vintage Wholesale Spain aquí, acabo de enviarles un correo electrónico, ahora estoy esperando su contestación.
Se actualizará la información en este recurso sobre si están resolviendo el problema o no.
Hice un pedido de más de 150 kg, y el proveedor simplemente no incluyó 20 kg de mercancía (ropa infantil, monos Carhartt y Dickies) sin ninguna comunicación ni aviso. Me di cuenta solo después de revisar todo el pedido.
En el segundo pedido, compré 10 kg de zapatillas Converse, 10 kg de pantalones deportivos de marca y 10 kg de camisetas deportivas. Me enviaron una caja etiquetada como 30 kg, pero al pesarla antes de abrir, tenía solo 10,2 kg y contenía únicamente Converse.
Intenté contactarlos por todos los medios, pero me ignoran. No responden y el problema del primer pedido sigue sin resolverse por completo, ya que enviaron productos mucho más baratos de lo que yo había pagado por Carhartt y Dickies. Simplemente desaparecieron.

Update to my latest review
Update on the situation. We agreed on a new handpick and we were ready with it until Luis abruptly ended the call, promising to get back to us in 5 minutes. However, we haven't heard anything from him for a month, and he has been ignoring our messages. We had to complete the European Small Claims Procedure form and send it to their nearest court in Valencia. We absolutely cannot recommend this company, as they do not take responsibility for their mistakes, and communication with them is almost impossible.
Such a shame that a potential online store turned into this kind of disappointment.
