Ordered a Black Classic Womens Brando Motorcycle Leather Jacket Ladies Biker Cowhide, initially very pleased. Wore a few times then put in the wardrobe over the summer.
Went to wear jacket again this winter, but horrified to bring out of the wardrobe and find all down one arm, and slightly on front, peeling of the 'leather', rendering the jacket unwearable!
REAL LEATHER DOES NOT PEEL LIKE THIS!
I have another leather jacket that is around 20 years old, in the same wardrobe, & it is perfect (although no longer fits 😕)
Have tried contacting company via email and telephone, emails ignored, and no one answers the telephone!
I feel cheated!!

I buy some leather trousers and they didn't fit me so I wanted a refund but it take quiet a long time to get refund back to me after about 3 weeks the refund is back I think vintage leather isn't a fan of giving you a refund even though the size doesn't fit you I won't be using them anymore

Ordered the gorgeous Brad Pitt biker jacker for my son. Its such good quality for the price and looks amazing. Customer service was excellent, we had a sizing issue which they dealt with easily and without fuss. Highly recommended company.

5 stars for excellent customer service. I ordered Black Leather Waistcoat as a gift, size L. I received an email requesting chest and waist size as they wanted to make sure the correct size was ordered. I replied with dimensions and was informed that they recommended size XL. I received an XL and it fits perfectly. This sensible service avoided unnecessary returns. The waistcoat if fab and I will never hesitate to order from Vintage Leather again. In a world where customer service can be inadequate this was the a ray of sunshine. Thank you

Hey we were looking for a leather jacket online because our 16 year old wanted one for the festive season. He showed me what he wanted from somewhere else...£200 pounds, Whaaat no way so started looking around And found Vintage leather. After checking reviews as i always do and a new company i had not used before, I always recommend you check reviews before you buy from, anywhere, we took the plunge. After showing my boy the range of jackets he settled on one phew. I wanted to order larger size than i did but my wife and child said no it should be fine. So we ordered. This was a super easy process and fast delivery. Within a few hours of ordering I received an email from customer service confirming the size and offering advice on this. Once replied I got a message confirming shipment. The item arrived well packaged and promptly too. Superb. A s this was a present I asked my boy to try it on ...Too snug so had to return. Dealing with Customer service again a breeze. After a few days of sending i asked customer service,Kelly thank you so much, for help and advice on size for an exchange. Their advice was spot on again Kelly thank you we have as I said a very happy boy. This company can be trusted and are superb with their customer service stay safe stay well and thanks.

Well the first order I got for a wax cotton jacket was faultless.. excellent jacket delivered in two days. I ordered a leather aviator bomber jacket this time.... obviously they had to order it from their suppliers because it took over three weeks so probably from China... but I stuck with it because of the previous quality. I wasn't disappointed when it finally came... very good quality soft nubuck, well tailored and with an excellent leather smell. So if you can wait a few weeks for a very reasonably priced... half of what other companies are advertising.. and well produced item then you won't be disappointed. And,by the way, I'm a genuine very cautious customer who believes in giving credit where it's due and am not in any way associated with the company.

I ordered it not expecting it to be top quality..
Was I so wrong..superb quality great fit..
