Very impressed - unexpectedly they emailed me to check size being ordered, and now it has arrived their advice was spot on. I was very pleased with the quality, it is a nice weight waxed cotton and the removable liner is great so you can wear the coat on its own with a t-shirt, or remove the liner and wear with a fleece or sweater under.

Spot on communication, unsolicited contact made to insure the right size was ordered (which it wasn't!!!) allowed time saved on returns etc and insured the correct size was ordered! Outstanding customer care.
Pleasantly surprised with the product too! Vest is well made and excellent material, indeed VERY good value for money, which is rare these days. Super-fast shipping tops it all. I am about to order another one!!

Very happy with my jacket. Have yet to wear it out but feels and looks like it will do the job. Great service from this company, checked size with me immediately after ordering by email and delivered next day. Looking at buying another jacket already.

Ordered a Kreigsmarine style leather jacket. Received the following working day. The jacket is NOT leather despite being advertised as "crafted with the finest leather". Day one wearing: light rain while dashing to my car. The jacket left terrible stains all over my cream leather which took rigorous cleaning to remove most of them . I have returned it for a refund. This is not a good product.

The leather waistcoat we ordered was a lovely quality and a perfect fit. We also appreciated the quick response time and the efforts made by the seller to confirm that we had ordered the correct size. We are 100% satisfied.

Purchased their 'Terminator' leather jacket, very pleased with fit and quality for such a great price combined with excellent customer service as well. A rare thing these days.

I recently ordered the Marlon Brando/Terminator style leather jacket. Supposedly for a T800 cosplay. Kelly emailed to check my size which was confirmed. I received the jacket not expecting much. But wow!! The jacket is of really good quality, heavy weight, perfect fit.
In fact probably too good for what I intended to use it for.
I will definitely use them again in the future. By the way I don’t often write a review, but in this instance felt I had too.

I ordered a Cafe Racer style jacket which I needed to return. Receipt of the returned jacket was confirmed by the company and I was advised via email that the refund could take up to 2 weeks (Why in this day and age !) As soon as the goods were received the money should had been refunded to my PayPal account . Despite further assurances via email that my refund would be dealt with, I am still waiting for this nearly 3 weeks after retuning the goods. Their voicemail will not accept any messages as it is full and emails are now going unanswered. Totally unacceptable and I would advise anyone to avoid this company. - Update as of 13.03.24, a "refund" was sent via Paypal which has been "pending" for 5 days, basically a "bounced" payment. Trading Standards and BBC Watchdog etc will be made aware of this !!

I spoke with one of your representives on th phone and confirmed with him that my chest size was 43 inches .
He recommended I buy Xl size (44) .
It arrived and i tried it on , i couldnt do it up (it was at lest 2 inches short. Sent email requesting advice . Still no reply Have I wasted £50??????

There are so many great things to say about this company. Their care, I had an email to check to make sure I have chosen the correct size. Great Customer Service. My jacket arrived within a couple of days. On opening, WoW the quality of the coat is amazing. Fits perfectly aswell and I can see it lasting for many years. I'd been looking since July 2023, as a birthday present to myself. So thankful that I waited, it was so worth it.

Excellent service all round! Kelly emailed to confirm sizing with me (on a Sunday!) And then the jacket was shipped Monday, delivered Tuesday all tracked and kept informed every step of the way. Great company would definitely come back!

Ordered a pair of gloves using their sizing chart, having carefully measured up several times. I then ordered one size larger (M) to be on the safe side. When received the gloves they were so small I couldn’t get one of them on. Having phoned the company I now have to return them for exchange at my own expense, and they have suggested an XL size for my hand measurements. Do not trust their sizing chart!!

Item never shipped after waiting a month. Tried to contact them several days ago and no response. Doesn't look like I'm getting my jacket. It's a shame too, because it looks like it would have been a very nice one. As it is now, I would not recommend doing business with this company. If this gets resolved, I will consider changing my review.

Top notch company, ordered a cafe racer leather jacket, was emailed by Kelly to confirm the size (nice touch) and it arrived a few days later and it's a perfect fit..!

Ordered 2 jackets on Sunday, delivered Tuesday. Email comms to double check on size welcome, though my selected size was right anyway. 2 button leather blazer, I bought black and brown, perfect fit, really nice product, wife is jealous. Cheaper than on manufacturers web site. Couldn't be happier.
