The documents I received wherent even from my car, it was a different model.
Even it was my car, the informations in such reports are useless…
Did send an e-mail to customer support, but no answer.
Do not order a report at this website!!!

This service is an absolute joke and a complete rip-off. I paid for a VIN report and got almost nothing in return — barely any useful information, no real details, and nowhere near what other companies provide for the same type of service. Compared to every other VIN check provider I have used, this was by far the worst and felt like throwing money away.

What is even more outrageous is the way they treat paying customers. I sent two separate messages asking for an explanation and requesting support, and both were completely ignored. No reply, no accountability, no customer service, and of course no refund.

Taking people’s money and then disappearing without even the courtesy of a response is unacceptable. This feels dishonest, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating. I strongly warn everyone to stay far away from this company and use a legitimate VIN report provider instead. Do not waste your money here.

zum Test eigenes auto gecheckt: keine echten Daten, reine Auswertung auf Basis der VIN und Ableitung daraus. KM Stand angaben fiktiv. Unfallmeldung nicht der Wahrheit entsprechend.

Só a marca do vehiculo estava certa,o resto da informação estava tudo errado,este site é para enganar.

Mir wurden frei erfundene Daten angezeigt, bsp. 2.0TDI mit 1,4l Hubraum, falscher Kilometerstand usw., habe das Geld über Klarna zurückgeholt, keine Antwort vom Support.

Paid 9€ for a pre-purchase car-check. The milage was 260.000, instead of the real documented 93.000. Maybe the america company has no access to the european data.
Advice if your check is for european cars: don't loose your money.
No Email confirmation received, only the money has gone!!!!

Bought a report for a bike. Came a car model, other strange info. no refund possibilities, no help, nothing. should've come here before purchasing the "service"...

Ich habe Anfrage gesendet und via klarna bezahlt, und keine Bewertung über dieses Fahrzeug erhalten. Ich habe 2x Vinscreener angeschrieben und bis heute keine Antwort und keine Rückerstattung erhalten.

I think all the info are BS. Even free Vin decoder sites can provide better info. And there is no channel to contact them to dispute or request for refund

17 € for nothing. All of the information was false. There is not even a support E-mail in the website.

Paid for a VIN report, but it is nowhere to be found. Not for download as stated on the website, nor did I receive anything in the email.
They do not respond to emails.

Nach Zahlung und Abruf erscheint "Bitte warten – dieser Vorgang kann einige Sekunden dauern.
Nach der Verarbeitung werden die Ergebnisse manuell von unserem Techniker geprüft und an Ihre E-Mail-Adresse gesendet." Außerdem erscheinen rudimentäre Angaben zum angefragten KFZ, die nicht wirklich weiterhelfen. Das ist jetzt fast vier Tage her, eine e-mail kam nicht an :-(

Betrug… buchen 17,73€ als Angebot ab … wollte Historie meines Autos Audi Q5 ! für den Verkauf haben… FIN Nummer EXAKT! eingegeben… es kam eine Historie von nem Audi A3 … absoluter Schwachsinn
