I have always found the sales staff to be very polite and helpful. That said, the merchandise itself is not of high quality and is overpriced. Up until recently I was a fairly regular customer but the last few items I have purchased did not hold up.

Vineyard Vines is the best of old school: great clothes, great customer service, and--it may not seem like much--but they still wrap your goods with care. I love Vineyard Vines!!

December 2023 my husband and I went to the Avalon/Alpharetta location and returned an item which was a Christmas gift. We were given a gift card for the value of the item. We purchased 2 more items which left a balance of $61.65, which we have both receipts, 1) receipt for full amount of the gift card
2) receipt for purchase used towards gift card
Unfortunately, we have misplaced the gift card. We proceed to call, go to the store and treated very poorly by the manager of the store. We called main headquarter and explained the situation and no one would help us. In today's digital world with the advances with technology they could not, more like would not replace the card. Please note, we have both receipts.

the worst company. they portray themselves as so official, but yet they "lost" my store credit for returned items. you cant "log in" and see your credit/balance. SKETCHY and SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO overpriced.

El pago fue debitado de mi tarjeta de crédito, pero en la página de la transacción apareció un mensaje sobre un problema con la misma. Llamé al 1-800-892-4982, quien contestó informó que no podía utilizar el descuento de bienvenida junto con el descuento por temporada. Informó que el cargo sería reembolsado. Intenté por segunda vez la compra, sin el descuento de bienvenida. Nuevamente fue realizado el cargo a mi tarjeta, pero otra vez apareció el mismo mensaje de problema con la segunda transacción. Llamé nuevamente, quien me atendió informó que los 2 pagos serían reembolsados y que ella me ayudaría con la compra. Envié todos mis datos. Al intentar la compra me informó que la chaqueta no podía ser enviada a un buzón de correo de un "freight forwarder". Informé que he realizado más de 100 compras con la misma dirección a través de ebay y amazon, sin problema. Perdí mi tiempo, debo pagar tarifas que serán cargadas a mi tarjeta de crédito por las transacciones fallidas y no pude realizar la compra. En la información suministrada en la página web de la empresa que realiza la venta no son claras todas las restricciones para comprar. Quienes atienden las llamadas no tienen información completa ni oportuna sobre los problemas con las transacciones virtuales. Es absurdo que no sea posible enviar un producto a un buzón personal registrado con un freight forwarder.

Pattie Strong is an exemplary Manager at the Las Vegas store. I had searched online but was unable to find a specific t-shirt. Because some t-shirts are exclusive to individual stores, I decided to call the store. Pattie answered and found the exact shirt in the size I needed for a Christmas gift, and had it in her hand, while on the phone. What were the odds of that? 😉. She simplified the process for getting it shipped to Florida, with complete follow through. It was seemingly face to face in a virtual world transaction.

This company not only has amazing quality they are the most consumer friendly company! I ordered items as a surprise fir my grands when I received them wasn’t sure one item would fit. I sent e- mail and within hours had response along with phone number to call. I called and spoke to a LIVE person! My issue solved with NO shipping cost$ This company will be my go to -love their service!

Sorry to those who had a bad experience. My first one was good. I got a really nice nautical striped polo shirt for only $44 w/ shipping! Would have been five stars if it hadn't taken two weeks to arrive. But I will be visiting their shop online again for sure.

If I did not have to pick a star it would be blank. I ordered a pair if Leather flip flops for my son's birthday in June. He went on vacation 2 weeks ago and while he was waking the strap on the sandal broke!!! I spent $98 based upon your products being guaranteed. Not only are you overpriced, but you are going to lose many customers based on this order. All my 4 children purchase from you all the time for themselves and their children. If you stand by your products you will rectify this matter. There is a major error with their checkout system. I go to the basket with two items costing £30 each and the checkout comes to £100. So always be double checking before you pay!!!

I bought a Long-Sleeve Linen Henley that was poor quality and a terrible fit upon receipt. I initiated a return, dropped it in the UPS box within two days of receiving the item, and, 1.5 months later, still hadn't received a refund or any communication about the return. I emailed the company three times; two times, the email bounced back. The third time, I hadn't received a response in 4 days. I used the email they have under Contact Us on their Website. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card.

We paid $218 for the On-The-Go Weekender duffle for a gift a few months ago, and after two uses the strap broke. They are saying they can't replace the strap or ship us a replacement as it's no longer in stock - but it's still in stock and available for sale on their website. Not the quality or service we expected from Vineyard Vines. Very disappointing.

First, I have ordered online and in person in the past with no problems. I had to send a Heritage sweater back for a smaller size. The new one came and when opened, the package itself and the sweater smelled so awful, I have a hard time understanding how it could have been sent to a customer. I cannot return, either because it was on sale, or because I had needed a smaller size. Not sure which. No return label will print, which I understand, however, after contacting them through their e-mail, with no response, I am sending the sweater and what it was sent in, at my own expense, back to their customer service. Either someone does not have a sense of smell, or didn't care, and just shipped it out. Thank you.
