Fun Selection of films. Some common, some Rare. I have been buying from them for years. I haven't had any issues. Recommended!

These people don't care about anyone except the subscribers who pay their yearly $1K shipping bribe. Everyone else gets kicked to the back of the line for weeks or sometimes months. Despite raking in millions in bribes alone, they also refuse to hire anyone for their shipping department. Fulfillment of orders is absolutely glacial. And don't you DARE email them about it or you're likely to be reprimanded and chastised for it - assuming they bother to reply at all. This is, apparently, the tiniest company to ever exist in human history and the two people who work there do not appreciate it when you suggest that they might try hiring more help. Unless you pay the bribe, you are a second-class customer and they could not possibly care less if you ever get what you paid for. "Stacked" orders frequently only ship partially - and then you get yelled at for wondering where the rest of your orders are.

Their over-priced "sales" are endless, which has trained their customer base to only order during sales. Further complicating this is the fact they they refuse to begin staging orders *during* sales and instead wait until the entire sale is over before even starting on the very first order. This results in non-bribe orders taking fantastically long amounts of time to actually get shipped. They're happy to take your money immediately, but god forbid you wonder where your order is after a month.

This company is selfish, rude, and inconsiderate of their own customers - to the point I believe that they actively despise us. I would not suggest these bozos to anyone who would actually like to receive what they pay for in a reasonable amount of time. If order fulfillment is so difficult, then I suggest this "tiny" company wake up to the fact that they are now huge - and grow accordingly. But they appear to be far too greedy to ever change.

The fact they ship to the UK is fantastic - the orders are always well packaged, good email communication, sometimes orders have arrived super quick as well which is nice and if they take a while to arrive, there's a heads up about that too. Love the varied releases and the merch too.

These guys don't care about anything. I understand that got the item for half price. But shouldn't be penalized for a sale you offered. Item doesn't ship for a month but billed for the item. They also acted like I wasn't important when I reached out. Like I'm not a priority because you got it half off. Oh you got half off! We will ship it in 3 weeks.. What kinda business does this? Then if you call no-one ever answers. Don't offer a sale if your gonna take care of regular price paying customers first. What a awful way to do business.

Best covers & amazing selection

Great releases, lousy shipping and customer service. I realize they put their subscribers first but multiple people I know who are not subscribers and ordered titles after me were shipped before my order. Their order was for under $40 bucks, mine was for over $150. I doubt they would have shipped when they did if I had not continuously sent messages. No apology, nothing.

Goods are always professionally packed. They are not Amazon (thankfully) and are a small company. They are not the quickest at dispatch and may take several weeks but worth the wait. If you have no patience then shop elsewhere and try to grow up.

Apart from putting out the best releases of some of the most obscure and insane movies they are also the greatest company to deal with. Always friendly and helpful and will look after you if anything happens to your order. My only gripe is that they need to stop using FedEx but otherwise they're perfect.

This company has decided not to sell its products at the one time of the year when you need to purchase gifts. A ridiculous policy which is also a bad business practice and shows they don't care about their customers either. No help from customer service although they were quick to respond.

Sure, ordering from the EU is not that cheap, but VS do a great job with their service and they sell really beautiful (limited) editions. What really strikes me is how quick my orders arrive in Germany...takes only few days via FedEx, also no issues with customs etc. It´s just a pleasant experience for the customer.
