The products are very good.
I'm hoping they will improve because I want to be positive about this company

Verschrikkelijk, dit bedrijf!! Al 1,5 maand ben ik een pakket kwijt, het zou bezorgd zijn bij een punt, maar ik kreeg geen ophaalcode. Na 8 x gemaild te hebben naar help en team account heb ik nog steeds geen contact gehad! Tot overmaat van ramp heb ik ineens een abonnement genomen en wordt er 350 euro van mijn rekening afgeschreven en een pakket verstuurd!! Iets wat ik hélemaal niet gedaan heb! Vimergy, reageer op de mailtjes en help je cliënten! Je kunt ze niet zomaar een abonnement inwrijven, die ze niet genomen hebben! Echt verschrikkelijk dit! Zéker voor mensen die een minimum inkomen hebben zoals ik.

I ordered from vimergy eu site. I ordered to my sister in the Netherlands since I was visiting her and I got free shipping. The shipping was very fast! It only took like 1-2 days and it arrived. The products seem good!
I've started taking the ashwaganda, milk tistle, licorice, and now this morning brain body memory. I slept well tonight so I do think they're working. Of course I need to use them for a bit longer for the full effect. I can definitely recommend to give their products a try.

Yikes. Interviewed with them an all the lady cared about was how much money I could make them. Marketing position. Not a single mention about the product. It’s garbage.

I find the negative reviews shocking. I have been purchasing for 4 years. Quick to respond. Refunds if any issues and the quality is amazing. Actually they go above and beyond to help. Plus live customer service. If you are buying on Amazon and getting fake supplements, this is an Amazon problem. It is known they will replace with fake products. There is also a crew that tried to take down medical medium because he would not go into business with him and are doing fake reviews to harm Vimergy.

There is no email or contact number for the Vimergy products on their website to ask questions regarding sourcing and other questions. There is only a help link which is no help. Very disappointed in the company and Medical Medium's high praise for this company.

Been waiting for 3 months on an order. I have emailed customer service more than 20 times now and they don't want to refund my money. They keep giving me the same nonsense response about waiting for my order. I have tried tracking but there have been no updates on the tracking for over a month and they just don't care.
I don't trust this company and would never buy anything from them again.

My order has yet to be shipped. Ive called twice, told one of my items was backordered but they were removing it and it would be shipped. Nope! And the refund for the "removed" item was never given, nor was it taken off my order, probably why it hasnt shipped.

Called again today, after 10 minutes on phone left my # for call back, and surprise - no call! Ive also emailed three times from Friday and twice today.

These items are crazy expensive and the customer service is nonexistent. Very poor work ethic. i will be looking for alternates or better yet - saving my money.

I tried this brand because Anthony Williams claims they are a brand that "cares." My experience is that they do not care about anything other than signing people up for subscriptions and having your credit card on file.

I've had a glitch in my subscription and there is zero customer service. A subscription triggered and I immediately tried to contact the company for support. I emailed them three times, left a message for them (they said they return calls within 24 hours), and contacted them via the website chat. It's been several days and no response to any channel of communication. Several hundreds of dollars worth of supplements that I didn't intend to order has now shipped, and the company cannot be bothered to respond. I can only imagine the problems that come with trying to contact them about contaminated products, etc.

Additionally, the website is glitchy, making for an arduous customer experience before you even try to contact CS.

This is a company that supposedly sells reputable vitamins and herbs.I was ordering from them for a year without a problem. This last order of B-12 just was pink water. It even tastes like distilled water with dye in it. I called the company and Ciara a CSR could not have cared less. She told me I would need to call Amazon get order number lot number and date of ordrer? Amazon tells me a different story saying we guarantee our products we sell here so usually thisshould be replaced no questions. Well Vimergy of course will not do that as they now a Jillian is asking for all of above. I ordered this a month ago and Amazon states they cannot look up above unless seller Vimergy provides at least requests this and once again should honor refund as promised Amazon . So as a customer I am out about 75.00. I feel that this is not a reputable company at all when they sell something watered down at such a high price. They will not honor their refunds as Amazon promises as a third seller. Amazon states most company's do. Maybe they have changed their product to be less effective or just will not sell quality vitamins anymore! so Buyer Beware as if you receive their herbs and vitamins the quality is not there as promise! And asking for a supervisor to call back no they will not call! Is this because they know this is fraud?This is an update: Had a Naturopath examine this B-12. He also supplies some herbs and tinctures. States this is colored water without any B12. For $75.00 he is not impressed. Cannot send it back cannot get info. they need as seller they refuse to get in contact with Amazon. They only care about profit and it shows. What a scam they are running! Update Vimergy did finally get back to me. Explanation that there are rogue sellers" on Amazon. But that is not my case. I could only order from Vimergy address and all appears on order? Jacksonsville Florida? Amazon checked it out not! I just wonder when they have all the proof they just do not refund monies! Buyer Beware!

A product causes irritation and inflammation. Manufactuter does not want to refund.
