Villa Amman Seminyak
Fantastic stay with 4 girlfriends in this luxurious villa
Position was good easy to get taxi or walk to wherever we needed.
Villa was beautifully kept both inside and out we really loved lounging around the pool.
The staff prepared a sumptuous breakfast that was served to us every morning and the rooms were cleaned without being invasive.
Komang( not sure if spelt correctly) and Mattie were the two boys who looked after us and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our holiday. Well done.
Would definitely stay again

We had an amazing stay at Villa Wolfe…
We had an amazing stay at Villa Wolfe for 4 nights. The villa really is picture perfect, everything looks like a post card and the villa is even bigger than it appears in photos. The staff are incredible - extremely helpful and kind, they went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. The villa was pristine and maintained daily. The cooked breakfast was delicious and generous. The location is very good, easy 15 min walk to Seminyak Square and the beach. Good cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Very easy to get around by taxi or bike. Kilo Kitchen was delicious to eat in and for take away food. We loved every minute of our stay at Villa Wolfe and never wanted to leave!!

Le calendrier de la villa est géré directement par le propriétaire, et malheureusement, il n'a pas été correctement mis à jour, ce qui a entraîné la non-disponibilité de la villa pour les dates que vous avez réservées. Dès que nous avons pris connaissance de cette erreur, nous avons immédiatement initié le remboursement. Cependant, puisque le paiement a été effectué par carte de crédit, le remboursement est soumis aux délais de traitement de la banque, et nous comprenons que cela puisse être contraignant. Nous vous assurons que cela échappe à notre contrôle, mais nous suivons de près la situation.
Nous vous remercions de votre patience et comprenons parfaitement que cette attente puisse être désagréable. Nous faisons tout notre possible pour éviter que cela ne se reproduise à l'avenir.

Extremely helpful!
Villa Finder helped to make our holiday so much easier with less stress. They firstly helped us to find the right accomodation for us in the areas we wanted and then proceeded to organise pretty much everything we wanted to see and do, even preparing surprise birthday decorations and a cake. They also kept in contact through whatsapp throughout our stay to confirm pick up times and activities, which was really helpful. I will most definitely use them again.

Amazing Villa
What an amazing place to stay at. Was easy from the start. Great booking process and fantastic communication.
The villa was absolutely beautiful and clean. Eddy and Katut were amazing cooks making our breakfast every morning and breakfast was really amazing a great variety for each day. It was also my birthday while I was there and they had no issues when my husband asked if they could get us a cake. Thank you Eddy and Katut. Also having security at night makes it even more relaxing not having to worry whilst you are asleep. A wonderful place that I would definitely visit again.

Emily and Edric were incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything from securing our villa in Niseko to pre-booking ski equipment and arranging airport transfers. Feel like home in paradise
Incredible experience in Villa Pantai Candidasa. The villa is perfect in terms of equipments, conditions and maintenance and the local concierge there is incredible- make you feel like at home. Will definetively come back.

Good service and beautiful villa
First time using villa finder and everything went smoothly. When we couldn’t find our drive Mr arriving at the airport, I called them and they tried and resolve the issue. We event found the driver. Car was not as big as we thought, so a bit squishy on the drive. But the concierge was very responsive and we received a discount.
The villa and the staff were amazing! We had a wonderful stay and the concierge was checking in occasionally seeing if everything was going well.

Très belle villa agréable à vivre
Très belle villa agréable à vivre, piscine magnifique, coucher de soleils qui se reflètent dans la mer et la piscine, quelques moustiques au coucher du soleil ou à l'aube mais pas de moustiques tigres. Très propre on pourrait manger par terre, mobilier en bon état et fonctionnel. Les matelas sont incroyables on dort trop bien dans ces lits. 2-3 trucs qui marchaient pas bien (clim bruyante, eau pas assez chaude, wi fi) à chaque fois c’était réglé, réparé le lendemain avant midi. L’intendant de la villa vous aide pour tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin! Un grand merci à notre baby sitter qui a été juste géniale avec nos enfants, elle leur ramène des jeux, ballons coloriages etc… ils pleuraient à l’idée de ne plus la voir en partant. La sécurité est présente et active.

Cosy and quiet stay at Villa Loft Volcano in Ubud
Stayed a few days in Villa Loft Volcano, ideally located in a quiet place near the road, among the rice fields. The staff was extremely helpful, the Villa perfectly equipped and beautifully decorated. It's location is quiet but also near all the interesting POIs of Ubud.

Quite responsive and happy to help. We used them to book our japan/hokkaido trip. At first they seem a bit dodgy (i dealt with pple in bali, paying to some danish account and only email/whatsapp). But guess thats the modernnworld. Worked quite well.

Booked multiple times with Villa Finder, will continue using them
I’ve booked with Villa Finder multiple times and appreciate how responsive and helpful the concierge is. The concierge have helped to organise transport and tours, and I had no problems.
Whenever there are problems without the villa our first point of contact is the villa staff. When they can’t resolve it, VF will step in to mediate, which I appreciate.

For effort and communication- 6 stars out of 5! Amazing. Villa Finder staff are responsive and helpful, and our two villa managers were amazing.
But the actual experience wasn't entirely value for money. Villa is a bit tired versus the price, and given the rain, hard to keep everything clean. Things like no dishwasher in the kitchen meant handwashing which is a fast path to people getting sick!

Bali has been experiencing an extreme weather for the past month, and I apologized that this tampered your holiday vibe. Villas in Bali, or household in Indonesia in general do not own dishwasher; washing dishes is done manually. But I understand your concern well, and we will sound this for immediate improvements.

I’d never used Villa Finder before so I was a little weary however our experience with Villa finder was extremely positive. There is a 24hour phone number to contact them if you should need to and the staff were super lovely, and reliable. Response time to questions was super fast and the price we paid for the service we received was awesome!
