Personally, I use Viking Bags products on my Honda Shadow 750, and they have exceeded my expectations. The bags are durable, well-made, spacious, and have held up great on the road. They provide excellent storage while maintaining a great look on the bike.

Viking Bags generously donated items to support our Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association (CVMA) Chapter 34-6 Hero Fest Fall Ride fundraiser. Received their 45L Backpack as a raffle prize for our non - profit group. As a biker, I can say this is about the most well made bag I've encountered. Very durable and well thought out.

I ordered a Fairing for my bike. After waiting 2 weeks with no updates or responses I used their chat. Whoever works the chat needs to be retrained Gave me all short answers the the point I needed to ask follow up questions for every question I asked. First person told me my product was lost in transit. Which I find hard to believe seeing they never even started any tracking numbers for it. Got email saying my case was resolved, which it wasn't. I ended having to call them. The second person said it was on backorder with no ETA and that my order will be canceled. Why after 2 weeks didn't anyone reach out to me or update me? Why did I have to email, chat, and call someone just to get an answer. It's a shame, because I actually liked this company and their products.
