Vietnam Visa VOA Anmeldelser

In the beginning I was very afraid that this webpage could be a scam and checked trustpilot, now I am very happy that I used the service!
Susan was my contact partner, she answered me in minutes, the communication was fast and clear, I got my visa very fast and was able to enter Vietnam! Thanks a lot!!

We requested our e-visa for Vietnam. We received the message that we would receive the confirmation latest 24 August while we were flying to Vietnam on the 23rd of August!

Thanks to Vietnam Visa VOA the process whas speeded up and they made sure I received my e-visa for Vietnam on the 22nd already.

I'm very happy that they helped me out with this. The communication was great and very quickly I already felt that this was the company who would really help me out on this. And they did!

Communication and clear instructions were fantastic. Susan who helped me was outstanding and went beyond her working hours to assist me with all my questions and made me feel at ease. Will recommend this company to anyone. Amazing service. Thank you Susan.

I must mention that I'm glad this service is on Trustpilot for the various reasons enumerated in my story below.
It's around 7pm on 17th August, in Perth WA international airport, and I was happy and excited at the check-in counter when I was informed that I needed a Vietnam Visa for an Aussie passport. I thought that an E-Visa would be an easy solution for this having travelled to USA before. To my shock-horror, the manager of the checkin staff (budget airline) told me that Vietnam had strict visa rules and that the processing time was at least 3 business days. As my world began spiralling I took a seat and began googling E-Visas to confirm what was said and it was true until I saw a few websites claiming visa on arrival was possible.

Up comes Vietnam Visa VOA (this website I'm writing a review on), and I managed to chat with Anna with the use of the chat function on the website. She was very caring and shared her concern with my situation. I was arriving at Singapore the next morning 3am and my trip to Vietnam was to arrive at 10am. Anna advised to me that it would not be possible to obtain an E visa at the time (8pm Vietnam time), and we discussed my options.

I settled for flying to Singapore, and waiting for the eVisa to go through while I was in the Singapore airport. I was told that it was achievable to get the eVisa in 3 hours (11am Vietnam time), and after several hours of anxiously waiting at Singapore airport, Anna pulled through with this promise (she accomplished it earlier). I had more than enough time to check in again, and after showing proof of my visa I was given my boarding pass to Vietnam. Once I arrived at Vietnam, the immigration officer asked for my eVisa, stamped my passport and the rest is history.

As I have finally taken a night to rest, writing this now in Vietnam, I am still very thankful for Anna and her services. I will forever remember yesterday (I hate being caught off guard), and this would only be achievable for the internet AND people like Anna (the scams are a-plenty in this space).

I would like to thank Anna and her team in Vietnam visa VOA. I now get to enjoy a new country for the first time post-COVID.

I was initially hesitant to give out my information to a random company online, but I am glad I did! Because of an error entry on my e-visa application, my visa was delayed. I was so worried about my visa not arriving on time for my flight the same da. However, thanks to the rep, who was very responsive and helpful, I got my visa way earlier than expected and made my flight! Thank you!

I contacted the company via Whatsapp the day I needed the visa and they were very responsive and also very nice; answered a lot of my questions and concerns. I received the Visa 1.5 hours early actually, and it worked perfectly when I arrived in Vietnam the next day.

The service was fast, hastle free, and helped me avoid incredibly big lines. Susan was extremely helpful and answered all my questions promptly. Well worth the money.

Couldn't find anyone better for the approval letter service. Anna is responsive and makes effort to assure what customer needs.. i Couldn't recommend anyone better for this..

Excellent, reliable, and fast

These guys are my go-to visa team - I have used them multiple times for super urgent and regular visa applications and they have always come through. Great customer service; you talk to a real person that guides you through the process, checks your documents prior to submittal, and answers any questions. Add them on whatsapp and it makes the whole thing super easy.
Highly recommend. My only complaint is that I can't use them for other countries visa applications!!

I am really thrilled to be enjoying Vietnam right now. Thanks to the help offered by Anna at Vietnam Visa VOA. My letter arrived swiftly. I was able to use the letter to acquire a VOA promptly at Danang Airport. I am a South African citizen so I was worried about my entrance being granted: but it was no hassle. Thank you VVVOA. Glory ultimately be to God for allowing me to experience this part of His creation. Humans can make their plans but the Lords will always prevails. 💜

Last time I have some urgent and need to have an emergency visa , Thank you for the helpful by Susan that she help me to collect byte visa in 2 hours time. Thank you so much!

Very helpful for processing the documents

They're great visa agents in Vietnam, and we have used them as a company many times, I'm a regular visitor to Vietnam and I'm always using their services.
I never face an issue with them.

I've been using Vietnam Visa for more than 6 months now and they've always been incredibly kind and helpful. I have never had a single problem with them and they have in fact helped me when I've had issues with other visa agents. I couldn't recommend this service more.

DON’T TRUST THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY. 100% SCAM. I had to apply for a e visa through them, paid $220 USD got to Vietnam and the visa was FAKE. Immigration offices laughing at my face as the visa looked completely fake. Got denied my 30day stay and had to stay 15 day, leave then come back to the country for 15 days. SUCH A WASTE TIME OF TIME AND MONEY

They took an e-visa request I’d made on the weekend and the urgent expediting had it completed Monday morning by 10:40am Vietnam time — essentially as fast as possible. They were fast and communicative by WhatsApp even on the weekend.

Vietnam Visa VOA was a pleasure to work with. Answered my questions, walked me through and made it very easy to get my tourist visa. Definitely use them again.

Best agency to get Vietman approval letter. 5 star to this agency from Lahore, 🇵🇰.

Total scam as they start off with 17$ for a visa then they delay you and eventually ask for 125$. What a waste of time.
