Vietnam Visa VOA Anmeldelser

Ms Thu is truly a miracle worker! In less 1.5 hours, I had a visa. She is super quick, professional, helpful and kind. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with this service, and highly recommend Vietnam Visa VOA. Even as an expat resident in Vietnam (on a visa run, I messed up my evisa application and couldn't check in at Thailand to return home - totally my fault), I was so stressed out. However, within less than 1.5 hours, she fixed everything! A million thanks to you, Ms Thu! Absolutely authentic, transparent, and is truthful and honest. 10 stars!!

Saved me a lot of stress.

Anna was fantastic with helping me when my visa had not been issues yet and I was flying out in 24 hours. She reassured me she could help and I had my visa in a couple of hours. She was so easy to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone

Honestly, the best visa service I’ve ever used. Lena is so helpful and prompt in answering questions. And we got our visa approved in 24 hours. I can’t recommend them enough!

Contacted them at 9pm Thursday night for a Friday 3pm Flight. Received visa next day at 11.45. Fast, effective and reliable service.

I’m a Canadian living in Singapore and despite having applied for the evisa 4-5 days in advance, my evisa didn’t get processed as per the 3 working days promised on the official evisa site. So I approached them after reading good reviews and my e visa was approved within 2-3 hours and saved me a lot of headache! Payment is done via transferwise so it’s safe and dependable. Highly recommend!

Great service, quick and easy. The person whom we spoke with was easy to speak with and responsive.

Anna did an amazing job and got my Vietnam Visa in under an hour!

Recieved my visa in less than 2 hours - great service.

The staff is honestly incredible. Our vacation to Vietnam seemed to be in jeopardy, however with the help of Vietnam Visa VOA they single-handedly saved it. Online forums, VietJet Air, and even the Vietnam Embassy were unhelpful and confusing. Vietnam Visa VOA was the only one who helped us and even answered every single question (about Covid travel restrictions) along the way. There was a large amount of exchanged emails and Vietnam Visa VOA responded helpfully and in a timely manner. If you are in need of a visa on arrival, save your self the time and headaches like we did and use this service.

We used Vietnam VOA to get our e-visa. Initially we tried to use their website for the VOA, but that is no longe possible due to changes by the Vietnam government. The firm reached out to us to instead offer helping us with the e-visa. Like many other people we found out a bit late and had to get the emergency visa. We order the 2 working days option, and it came within 30hrs, that is in the afternoon of the next day. We could pay with credit card. Ofc, it was a bit pricy (80$ pp info everything) but honesty it was our fault for being so late. Lucy was quick to respond and helped us perfectly. No issues while entering Vietnam which is what matters! Definitely recommend if you're in trouble with your timing.

I needed an urgent visa and they were very helpful! I would have missed my flight otherwise. Thank you!

We were very stressed about our Vietnam E-VISA because, a couple days before our trip, it was still not approved.
We decided to reach out to this company (based on the great reviews here), and we did not regret anything.
The support agent was super professional, very responsive, friendly. Within just 1 working day (as they promised), the E-VISA got approved, and we were finally able to relax before taking our flight to Vietnam.

Thanks a lot for your awesome support!

We needed an evisa for our trip to Vietnam within 4 hours and we managed to get it! The customwr service was really helpful! They replied in every of our concerns and were very polite and even managed to sent as the visa in less than 4 hours. We contacted them and shared our documents before 10 o'clock in the morning. They really saved our trip

Staff were available outside of regular office hours and responded to WhatsApp messages promptly with important information and most importantly confirmation of timelines for urgent visa requests. This allowed me to successfully book a new flight for myself to catch up to my girlfriend and enjoy the rest of our holiday together with minimal stress related to travel authorization etc. 10 out of 10

I left my E-Visa application to last minute and had only 2 days before my flight to Vietnam. After contacting the team via email, Susan messaged me on WhatsApp and arranged everything. At 6pm I had my E-Visa! Thank you Susan.

Anna was incredibly helpful!
I am South African with an American green card. I had read online that it’s pretty simple to get a Vietnamese visa online in 1-3 days, but when I actually tried, I found the rules had changed since Covid and the visas actually takes longer and you need to be with a tour group.
Of course I had left it to the last minute.
I contacted Vietnam Visa on the 18th and Anna assured me that I would have my visa by the 24th. Our flight was on the 25th 😬
Well my Visa arrived 2 days earlier than expected! It really took the pressure off and I am currently enjoying beautiful Vietnam!
Thank you Anna!

Visa has been provided within agreed time! Reliable service provider

I am a Nepalese staying in India and wanted an approval letter for Vietnam, as We are not allowed evisa.
I Saw Ms Susan's video on youtube and the way she explained and the way she was replying to user comments showed how genuine she is and contacted her on WhatsApp. And, she handled everything so professionally. It felt like Susan is a Counsellor herself and guess what I got 5 days before her committed date(it took just 5 working days). What else does one want from any travel planner or visa facilitator? Love from India/Nepal Mrs Susan

I contacted Vietnam Visa VOA for an emergency same-day visa, since the visa I applied for on the official website did not come through within 3 working days. They were efficient and very communicative. Just as I had paid for the emergency visa, the initial visa confirmation came through. They immediately offered to refund me the visa fee I already paid to them. I can highly recommended them for their fairness

Only noticed 3 working days before travel that we needed a visa to enter Vietnam. Susan was great at helping us get one sorted. She sent helpful WhatsApp messages and emails and 1 working day later our visa came though! No problems at airport immigration. Would recommend this service.
