Very easy process, delivered on time and in order.

Wonderful customer service, knowledgeable staff, fair pricing and quick delivery. Kimberley M offers excellent product (and occasional technical) advice to our novice Signwriter. No matter the job in hand, she steers us in the right direction and fixes my mistakes quietly. Katie F is always on hand to arrange our "cut" requirements with the warehouse and will send "follow-up emails or call to ensure we are happy with our purchase. A great accounts team who know their products and their customers.

The customer service from this company is second to none. I received follow up calls and emails throughout the whole process. The products are also of excellent quality and would highly recommend using this company to anyone.

Always great service and we have used victory for several years and have never had any problems. I use the trade counter and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently had a Chapter 8 magnetic chevron pack made for my VW Transporter. It was delivered super-quick, and I am delighted with the product.

Victory Design Limited's customer team (shout out to Ebony) were happy to customise their standard template, to remove panels that I did not require and even reduced the price to match the reduction in materials.

The quality of the product is very high and it very easy to install and remove.

I will be placing a second order with victory design off the back of this first purchase. I highly recommend their services.

I have used Victory for a good few years now and I'm only a very small player in the print and design industry.

Where to start.???
Products - Albeit a vast collection, the website details are straightforward and give you the information for the job in hand. Failing that a call or an email to them with the information you need is never any bother.

Prices- In a world of increasing prices Victory has had to follow in the footsteps of all suppliers. I have seen MINIMAL increases that rarely affect my prices to the end user.

All Staff - In my opinion and experience this is the key to the companies success. From reception to warehouse , and admin, sales and customer service everyone is a pleasure to speak to.
At certain times in have needed that extra help and its never been a problem.

I addition to this review , consider this a thanks to everyone there.

Ebony and the production team went out of their way to get 3 chevron kits out to us fast so we could get our customers vans back on the road.
Great product and fit, can’t recommend enough

I gave Victory Design Ltd a second chance after a previous failure, same problem, same people and astonishingly; the same result.

I placed a next-day delivery order for a little £40 vinyl pack, essential to two prepared client jobs. The delivery arrived five days late, costing me both jobs, work already committed to and prepared for in full.

I was swiftly reminded why i stopped using them the first time.

So, after I contacted Victory 'professionally' offering a clean, fair solution for the losses: a small restock of basic vinyl (2m each of: black, white, silver 5200, and app tape) to restore my working capacity and continue trading with them.

Instead, I was met with templated responses, policy citations, and a quiet refund - including the goods, which I had already stated I did not want refunded, as the product itself is excellent.

Most revealingly, the Sales Director suggested that "if time-critical delivery is important to my business, I might want to consider another supplier." That told me everything I needed to know.

No apology. No escalation to their courier (APC) for three failed deliveries & 14 hrs of sitting in to not miss them after a query-address from 30metres away on the initial delivery slot. No meaningful engagement. Just a refund and the unspoken message: “We’re not built to support your level of trust.”

This wasn’t about money. It was about time, reliability, and accountability. Victory’s stock is excellent but their service model fails under pressure, and their internal policies offer no cover when things go wrong.

This is my second IDENTICAL failed experience. There won’t be a third. I share this not out of frustration, but to protect others in this trade from relying on promises that may not be backed by action.

1st Amendment | Post-Review Clarification

Despite vague language from the accounts team, no refund for the goods was ever issued, only the delivery fee (£11.99). TYL RETURN receipts confirm this.

No apology was ever offered for the five-day delay.

No acknowledgement of the reputational damage I suffered with my clients.

No reply from Sales Director Justin Hines after his astonishing comment above.

Atrocious treatment from start to finish.

My time is now going to be spent ensuring a new vinyl company is born, one that works under God's economy, not the greed of man's, so others don’t endure what I just have.

It’s clear you’ve chosen to shape the public record on your terms. I’ll shape mine on truth. Let’s begin with this:

NEXT DAY DELIVERY, before the cut-off, means I order today and it comes TOMORROOOOOW.
Not five days later. Not three failed slots. Not 14 hours of sitting in, chasing vans that never arrived. Not excuses.

The delay was five full days. Not two. I have courier history and email threads to confirm it.

No full refund for the goods was ever issued. Only the shipping.

To suggest otherwise is misleading.

My offer was not a demand. It was a fair, professional, and minimal path forward:

A restock of vinyl so I could carry on doing business with you.

You chose silence.

To label that “ransom” only reveals the spirit you chose to operate in.

You had every chance to simply make it right.

Instead, you’ve now received what many before you have: Divine judgment. Not from me, but from truth itself.

Twice now. In succession.

I don’t wish you harm. But I will not let you rewrite what happened.

OCD doesn’t fold under pressure.
OCD doesn’t abandon principle for policy.
And OCD doesn’t leave damage in the hands of those who caused it.

This record remains public, so others can choose wisely.

In instances such as these we fiercely defend our client’s money from future failings. You simply do not get another penny of it.

Took over a week to get my decals, they didn’t have the exact outlines for my van so they suggested I purchase a tool from them to scrape the letters off myself. I wasn’t prepared to do that so they sent me decals for a similar model of vehicle so now I will have to cut out a piece manually to fit in the vehicles badge properly.

We ordered two table top, LED illuminated displays. The products arrived and look to be good quality, we will get the graphics on and start using them asap.

Been using this company since 1996 ish and never had a problem which was not sorted out quickly, they have always given my company best product advice and great prices,

Other UK companies should take a leaf out of your company's book. I must say from start to finish Ebony was an absolute star, she was so helpful, she went away to get a quote sorted and emailed it to me within an hour, she then followed this up with another email, she called me to let me know on a Friday that the account manager was out of office and they would send it over Monday, first thing Monday it was sent over. So so helpful I can not fault the customer services carried out by Ebony, I wish all companies I have dealt with over the last few months had an Ebony working for them because this country's customer service is absolute gash, I'm sick of having to chase people for quotes and answers, I didn't have to do a thing with Victory Design, they were amazing.

I am looking forward to the PPF arriving to wrap my tour van.
