Should have received 3 wire transfers they never arrived, the days that i should have received the money the account was unavailable the day after was back working normally but with no money inside..stay away from them they will scam you

I got a payment and wanted to make a transfer, once there was Canceld for the transfer, the amount is still available but I can't do anything, the support has not responded for 1 week, I reported that to BAFIN that something like that got a license just sad..

It's a fraud
It's a fraud. After a few transactions the new balance or transfer you may make to your account will never appear and the support will stop responding. Someone should take them to court. Its a downright fraud. Revolut, bunq, N26 are legit, Vialet are clowns that should be jailed.

Customer service is very poor
Customer service is very poor, extremely slow and didn't solve an issue for a week. It's not solved now, no response from the
Company. Having in mind they have so many conpetitors in this segment, I would rather recommend others like revolut monese, TransferWise, bunq n26.
Not to mention that their card only work within eu and eea.
