We have been using Will at Viable…
We have been using Will at Viable Design now for a number of years. We heard about him after a disastrous web design and cost from another and Will started us from scratch again. We go to him with all our computer and tech needs and anything to do with our website. He also can do design and printing which is a service we are looking into in the future.

I've been using Viable Design since 2016 and will continue to use them. They are very knowlegable and quick to act even at very short notice.
I can't reccommend them enough.

I am currently in dispute over website…
I am currently in dispute over website work that i have paid for in full. previous work, I have chosen to walk away i am not in any contract, I have been blocked access to my own website making it impossible to move my website hosting or get customer details and this is hampering my business now big time. contact forms don't work and I cant even log in now, sour grapes and all but a controlling action to block me and send me an email saying end of April my hosting expires and block me from access to my own website is appalling I will be onto trading standards first thing in the morning AVOID This company like the plague.

Thanks for your review Steve, whilst accurate in places, it's in-accurate in others. First and foremost, you haven't paid for your work in full, there are 3 outstanding invoices, the most recent being due on 19th April meaning all 3 are overdue by at least a week.
I had served you notice of termination on the 19th April after your personal attack on me (not my work) and threatening behaviour via WhatsApp giving you 11 days to settle your bills and move on. The reason for your personal attack was my failure to provide you with Facebook Adverts, a service Viable Design do not officially offer, in a timely fashion due to other workload, but I agreed to it for you because you were struggling yourself.
Instead, you attempted an underhand migration of the website which I intercepted, hence you being on 'sour grapes', and consequently, yes, your admin access has been removed.
At the time of writing this response, your website remains live and fully funcitonal, and will do until 30th April in accordance with what you have paid for in hosting.
Once I have received full payment for my work, I will release all the files to you, as explained in my email on the 19th.
I've used the example how you as a garage hold customer's cars against their invoices, this is just the same.
Knowing you personally, I know how you use review tools as a weapon of choice when in disputes, of which you have abnormally large amount of them, and so any readers of this review should take on board my other reviews, some of which were left by you, for example:

I was recommended to Will (Viable Design) and boy am I glad I was!!
From the outset he was very professional and friendly. No push sales pitches, not harrasing us, while we made our decision! He got our ideas and we left him to it. We where updated with emails and through an online portal! After he designed it,he discussed with us things we wanted to change, which he did, quickly! Letting us know as he changed things, so we could look and check we liked it! Thats not all either he has given us great advice on how to get our site out there! Will, will never forget me, the amount of calls and messages I have sent him daily for advice or because I had done something I shouldn't! But he always answered! (Probably thinking not Matty again! Haha) It wasn't just a website he built, it was a full package, site build/design and business advice, when ever you need him! Thank you again Will! Couldnt have done it with out you!!

Start from the point that we are not "techie" and we had been very badly let down by our previous web-site developer and hosting company and we needed someone to get us out of the mire very quickly.
Viable Design stepped in and got us up and visible to our customers within 12 hours.
Still cant work out how, Will saved our business at our busiest time of year and has been nothing but a massive support since.
A true master of his art, who goes above and beyond to support his clients.
Can't recommend highly enough.

I have been working with Viable for over five years when I was chairman of the National Association of Wedding Car Professionals (NAWCP).
