Im old enough, played many games and want to play nostalgic game again, at first i thought korean publisher is pro like their gamer, so i dont mind spent on old games
and then i realized that this corporation is worst. Only take from you, never giving your gaming experience better, incompetent team as well.
Furthermore wen they released new game, web3 game, ah totally incompetent dev, no mods no gm, thrash discord community group!
any problem never solved even with 1:1 inquiry.
if you want to have dont play game fron VFUN or you will regret it!

Hello, I need help with a server bug on my account (IGN: Çavo).The game froze on the beach loading screen, so I opened a ticket. GM Sei checked it and officially said: "No restrictions/bans on your account." But when I opened a second ticket, GM Alyza falsely claimed I was permanently banned for "sexual harassment". This is a ridiculous contradiction!I am a 100% solo player. I never use the chat, I only do gardening and stay AFK in my house for rewards. How can someone who NEVER speaks to anyone commit "sexual harassment"? It is physically impossible. There is zero evidence because I don't even talk to people!Now, MANY OTHER PLAYERS are stuck on the exact same beach screen, proving it is a general server crash/false flag, not a real ban! Please clear the loading loop on my character Çavo, and compensate my 12 days of missed rewards! 😡🙏

The worst gaming company, zero support, super slow servers, no optimitation, pay to win, and everything that made a bad gaming company. They allow cheaters do what they want, the anti cheats is a joke. They never read your support inquires.

They have an employee or non-authorized user in the valofe organization who has access to the help inquiries in the website when submitting a ticket via their internal ticket system. This is the process of the account theft happens: They first do not reply for several days or never reply after submitting a ticket, then reply several days later with a secondary email coming up as valofe “@gmail.com” email. With a link in the website which most likely is malware or hijacking tool to basically take that victims account. Once this link is clicked, your account is good as gone. My account was stolen and the messages I received match up to the time I was attempting to come back. I come and go via seasons and was a deep spender. There is not point of listing any of my personal information or user name since the account is gone. I would avoid doing business with this organization.

they have a very slow launcher. uncaring about the small details in it. there shoud be "migrate option" and definitely smoother moves because i have 1GB internet but its so damn slow. i was trying to find blacksquad and migrate it from steam to vfun but i couldnt.
one more thing is that You never update black squad as you should. where is the strong ani cheat and WHY do you just put more skins everytime? its unfair and it will KEEP ON DYING!!! its my childhood game but you bought it and yet ruined it with cheaters and less care!! i hate you valofe responsible people.
