We came to Craig and the team with a challenge. An important client needed a furniture pack delivered on a super tight deadline. Craig put together a design same day and Charlie organised the install before Christmas making the client very happy. Once again Vesta delivering above and beyond.

Craig and the team are brilliant. Deliver exactly what they promise time and time again and in budget with no surprises! Available to answer any questions and make themselves available to support the sales team at events. The recent install at Parkside in Watford has massively helped the team to convert sales.

I recently worked with Vesta Interior Design to furnish my rental property, and I can't speak highly enough of their service and products.

From start to finish, the process was seamless and exceeded all my expectations. I first met with Sam and Charlie at their showroom in London. What stood out was the balance between style, durability, and affordability. During my visit, the sales team was knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand my specific needs as a landlord. Once I confirmed the order, Sam and Charlie's communication was excellent throughout, with timely updates on the delivery status which was helpful for both me and the estate agent. Sam's advice throughout the process was invaluable. He assessed my requirements, considering many factors (property type, target tenants, budget etc). He understood that furnishing a rental property required a balance between durability, style and cost - effectiveness, which he got completely right.

On the day of arrival, the team called ahead to confirm the time, which I greatly appreciated. When they arrived, they were punctual, professional, and incredibly courteous. The installers then navigated the narrow stairways and tight corners of my flat with ease, protecting the walls and floors. The installers went above and beyond, offering to help with the placement of my new furniture and assisting with the removal of packaging materials. They were patient and accommodating when I needed to make decisions about the final arrangement.

The furniture package that I purchased from Vesta Interior Design is of the highest quality. The superior craftsmanship and elegant design of the furniture (sofa, dining table, chairs, beds with mattress and storage, bedside tables) not only elevated the overall appeal of the property but also played a crucial role in attracting an excellent tenant.

I would 100% recommend Vesta Interior Design to friends, family and clients. Their expertise, quality products, and customer-focused approach has been top level compared to previous furniture/interior design companies that I have used.

Vesta interior team provided us great support and delivered the furniture as expected. They were clear to communicate on the options and delivery dates.

From the first meeting in their London Bridge showroom, I was treated like a valued customer - knowing I had traveled most of the day, they welcomed me with well needed drinks and snacks! Very considerate. Then onto the business side of reviewing their proposals - they had set up the proposed furniture beautifully, allowing me to quickly see how well the items worked together - this resulted in a pretty easy decision - these guys really do care!
From point of order (30 apartments worth of items), they kept me well informed on lead time and delivery dates and managed my expectations extremely well. The installation was seamless and nothing was a problem for them - all the installers wore professional uniforms, courteous at all times and completed the installation within an exceptional timeframe, allowing me to market them immediately. I thoroughly checked every item in each apartment before signing off and was pleasantly surprised to only find 2 or 3 very minor issues which they addressed immediately.
A pleasure to work with the Vesta team - all of them including Samuel (sales), Jennifer (operations lead) Mantas (installation manager) - can’t recall the two team members who created the lived in show apartment feel, but they were equally impressive!
