Very very disgusting company. I ordered a few hundred pounds worth of dresses last December. I returned quite a few of them as I ordered loads to pick the best one. I waited months and months for the refund, to be told that they were busy at first and it would get processed. I was then emailed saying that they had gone into liquidation and I would not receive my refund of over £200. I find it disgusting that they are still trading now and have ripped of god knows how many people in the process! How is this even allowed??? I’m a lot of money down and the stresses were returned. This is not a good way to run a business. I presume the liquidation was a complete lie as they are still trading!! Disgusting company.

I bought a dress for an evening do, it was as beautiful as advertised, comfortable and lightweight. Shipping was quick and the customer service team were fast and friendly when responding to my queries. Would definitely shop again for future evening dos.

This dress is perfect for winter events. The material is stretchy and breathable, making it very comfortable to wear all night. Super happy with my purchase!

Great customer service! My discount code didn’t go on when I paid for 10 dresses for bridesmaids and after writing to them, they immediately refunded the difference. The delivery was pretty quick too! Great! Will definitely use again!

Beautiful dresses and stunning colours. The material is brilliant, slight stretch in it but nice and thick to hide lumps and bumps. Size is very true as I ordered 4 different styles of dresses in two sizes not sure which would fit best. Returned unwanted 4 and received a refund within 3 days.
Fast shipping would definitely buy from here again.

I ordered 4 dresses on 5/12/2023 for xmas party season. After tried them all, they were all too long for me, thats why i sent them all back after a week. And heard after nothing from them. I did email them just after xmas to see how was my return doing? I got email said they were extremly busy over the season and because of the office close over xmas & new year so they will get back to me once they reopen again. And since then no refund for me at all. I kept email them back and forward, message on facebook also. Received emails saying apology but still no refund. It is nearly a year now, im still waitinh for my 200£ refund from them. My order number is 264979. Please can anyone from the company have a look and issue the refund for me please.

You have been warned! If I could give a minus for this company I would! Bought a dress in November last year, returned it within days, un worn, tags attached. I have since sent lots of emails asking for a refund. At first I got standard messages back apologising for delay but never received my money back. I had one last attempt last week, but now, no response at all. Thankfully my bank has just refunded me after countless failed attempts to get my money back from these lying, cheating, scumbags. I really think it’s a disgrace that they are still trading.

I love vesper dresses! Vesper dresses are my choice for special occasions. What I don’t like about buying from Vesper are the sizes. I never know which size to choose because they all fit different. If I choose a size 10UK in a dress and it fits perfect but then I choose a 10UK in another dress and it’s too tight. So then I choose a 12UK and it’s huge! This has happened a few times. I returned 2 dresses because of this and never got my refund even after emailing them a few times about it. I live in the USA so the shipping charge to ship back was very expensive. I would have just kept the dresses and given them to someone who would fit into them if I had known they would not refund me.
On another note I ordered a dress recently and mentioned it was for my daughter’s wedding and received it within the time I needed it. So ordering with vesper is pretty much a gamble.

The service was rather credible. My item was undelivered because of a fault on my end, they were quite speedy in correcting my error and reshipping my item speedily.

Beautiful products yo choose from. Well made, soft against my skin and Beautiful details. Came in a lovely plain black box with black tissue. Just perfect!

After being totally done over by vesper 247 on refunds, I saw vesper pop up run under a new name of just “vesper” so I assumed it at been bought out also under luxe element.

The dressed from vesper 247 were always good quality the customer service was just shocking.

So I thought I’ll give them another go and bought a Stretch luxe woven fabric dress- I thought the material was shocking. Nothing at all like the material I’ve had before also sold as Stretch luxe woven fabric and for a nearly £80 I did expect a better material. It also marked with a tiny drop of water which isn’t ideal.

I paid for next day delivery/ express. I hadn’t had any notification it has been dispatched so sent a message which they responded we will get back to you I think In 48hrs. The dress turned up 3 days later- still no response from vesper.

Its made me very wary to order from them again as customer service seems to be non existent as it was before. And the quality of the dresses has gone down hill but they still want £70-80 for them.

I bought the dress from Vesper was really pretty but wasn't fit me well so I returned it and got my refund back within a week. I will definitely buy the dress from Vesper again!!

Brilliant customer service! I was really surprised at how quickly and professionally my response was dealt with by Julia. Often with internet brands it can be a bit hit and miss but she helped with all my enquiries and made it a really lovely interaction. Dresses are lovely too (but sadly and for transparency I couldn't quite get the right fit so had to send back).

First time I have ordered from here and I was really impressed by the quality of the dress, material is really nice and fit well. Love it and will be wearing to a wedding this weekend. Delivery was super speedy as well, I was surprised how quickly it came. Will definitely be ordering again.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. I have emailed on multiple occasions and have also reached out on social media and have had zero response. I will not be ordering from this company again. Customer support is vital!

Ordered a dress with express delivery and it had a big rip down the side. Then they wanted to charge me to return it!
